Romantic Oceanfront Villa for Two

Thank you for taking your time to take a look at our villa. It is part of the Cedar Reef Villas and the unit number is D102 - Oceanfront - 2 minute walk across the boardwalk to the beach - only dunes between the villa and the beach.

We completely renovated this unit in 2014 and just completed another remodel in January 2022. The bedroom now has a king size bed and new furniture throughout the villa. We provide our guests with Luxury Pure Egyptian Cotton Sheets, Luxury Egyptian Cotton White Towels, His and Her bathrobes and lots of little necessity items that make your stay comfortable.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, dish washer soap, kitchen towels, waffle maker, toaster, pots and pans, griddle pan, crock pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, a pantry with organic coconut oil and other oils as well as salt, pepper and other spices. We also provide sugar and sweetener.

Our condo is one of only two units features a double wide balcony - one extra large outdoor living room, as we call it. You can enjoy beach living to the fullest.

We also added ceiling fans in living room and bedroom which are not standard in Cedar Reef Villas.

We also provide beach towels and beach chairs.

Cable TV and Free Wifi high speed internet are also provided for you to enjoy.

A nice touch is our TV stand which is an electrical fire place to give you a comfy / cozy feel when there is a cold day or you can use it without the heat. The villa has heat and air conditioning throughout.

Please note, that the condo only sleeps 2 people and the maximum occupancy is 2 per our policy. We do not have additional sleeping arrangements in our place.

As much as we all love our fur babies but unfortunately at the Cedar Reef Villas, renters are not allowed to bring their pets. Therefore we have a "no pet policy".

As a short term rental host we are legally allowed to use various surveillance devices to protect our property on the outside. There are 2 cameras installed at the villa. One is located at the front door of the property and one is installed at the backside / balcony of the property. Harbor Island is a private island with 24/7 security in place and a very safe place to be. Those 2 cameras protect our guests and ensure policies are followed.
