In QUAD1 we offer the comfort of a hotel but with the privacy and space of a home, as it is a serviced apartment. Also you'll have free fast fiber internet connection, WiFi or cable. The lounge - living and dining room - was decorated to offer you the most comfortable and sociable moments. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and the bedroom was prepared with all our love and care with best quality mattress and linen to provide you the best sleep nighttime.
Location
 QUAD1- A very well situated, modern and comfortable 1 Bedroom Apartment with easy access. It is in a prestigious private condominium, with security 24/7 reception, in the heart of Lisbon, between Gulbenkian Garden / Museum and Entrecampos in Lisbon residential / financial district. Close to airport and main avenues, on a quiet square. Many small shops and markets just around the corner. You also have a great coffee shop (Pastry S. Lawrence), just outside the building, for breakfast or snacks.
You can walk to Plaza Spain, with Metro (subway) station- "Praça de Espanha" -blue line -five stops to historic centre.
Within walking distance you have Gulbenkian Museum and Garden, The Lisbon Zoo, Lisbon Universities, Park Campo Grande, Campo Pequeno, and Corte Ingles department store in Lisbon with VAT deductable for non european visitors.
If you travel with kids the Lisbon Zoo is a must, and it's 15 minutes walking distance.
You are at 10 minutes walking distance from Entrecampos station, a hub that provides connections (Metro- yellow line, buses and trains) to everywhere in Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra. The apartment has access to 3 Metro lines, therefore moving around the city could not be easier.
Just outside the building You also have a taxi stand.

The apartment
QUAD1 perfectly accommodates four guests (maximum occupancy) with one double bed (bedroom) and a sofa-bed double in the big living room, where the movable screen may add privacy.
Living-room
 Enter an elegant lounge that features 2 large and comfortable sofas, one converts into one single bed or a real double bed (where 2 guests can sleep) and a 40 " flatscreen TV (70 channels, some english, french and spanish).
There's also a dining table for 4 that can serve as a work desk, (plenty of electric protected sockets), if your visit contemplates the need to mix business with pleasure.
Kitchen
The kitchen connects to the living room and is equipped with cooking hobs, convection oven, Coffee Expresso Machine, Water Boiler, Toaster, Microwave, Refrigerator with freezer, Dishwasher, amongst other amenities!
Hallway
 As you walk in the apartment through the door with code (no need for keys), this is a space between the bedroom and the living-room, that adds privacy and makes it perfect for families.
Bedroom
A large double-bed awaits you in this elegant bedroom, equipped with bedside tables, a closet with full length mirrors, different lighting, from fully lighted to a more intimate setting, and the relaxing big bathtub. In one of the bedside tables there's a charger for cellphone or tablet, by induction or USB. There's laptop safe inside the closet.
Bathroom
The marble bathroom has a shower, and in the adjacent space there's a circular bathtub, with 160cm diameter, where two can have a relaxing bubble bath after a long day's walk around this wonderful city.
Parking facilities
There's a two level garage inside the building, with secured access from the street, and the parking place has direct lift access to the apartment.
Cleaning
 We carefully clean and prepare each QUAD apartment before you arrive and after you depart, and we'll clean and change all bed linen and towels twice a week during your stay. More frequent maid services can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Check-in and check-out
 One of us will welcome you personally and walk you through the apartment. We'll meet you at the QUAD apartment at your convenience any time after 3PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 12AM. At check in you'll get your access code. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
We can also provide shuttle service from / to the airport or other.
Note: All guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in.
Additional information
- Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties and no loud music inside after 10pm. If the security is called you may incur in condominium fees that you will be responsible and charged for.
No smoking inside please.
