Amazing Villa on a large plot with private pool in Denia's most wanted location, at only a few steps from the sea in Las Rotas, Denia’s fascinating rocky coast and nature reserve. The east side of the villa offers another large covered porch terrace, lovely with another table and chairs and views to the pool. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sundbeds and just besides, there is an outdoor shower. The completely fenced and very private plot has an automatic gate entrance and a large carport for several vehicles.
This spacious and very attractive villa suits for up to 8 persons and is splitted as follows: On the ground floor there are a cozy lounge with dining area, aircon, wood burner, SAT-TV, and access to the large porch, a roomy and perfectly equipped kitchen with dish washer and large fridge-freezer and with access to the outdoor kitchen, a double bedroom with full size bed, a full bath room and a storage room with washing machine. On the upper floor there are a double bedroom with full-size bed, air conditioning and access to an ample terrace with beautiful views to the pool, a further double bedroom with 2 individual beds and air conditioning, another bedroom with 2 individual beds as well as a spacious full bath room.
The villa is perfectly fitted with 3 air conditioners, central heating, Sat-TV (Astra), coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, paella cooker, 2 large fridge-freezers, washing machine, dish washer, sun beds, etc. At only 30 steps from the villa you can swim in the crystal clear sea. Denia’s city is at approx. 2 km, the marina at 1,5 km, the nearest sandy beach is at 500 metres, the sandy beach “La Marineta”, at 1.000 m, as well as the nearest super market. The endless sandy beaches of Las Marinas start at 4 km and from there you can enjoy 20 km of wonderful sandy beaches between Denia and Oliva. There are several recommendable restaurants in the neighborhood of the villa, along the awesome seafront, all in walking distance. The area of Denia at the amazing Costa Blanca, with its all the year through mild mediterranean climate, is a great holiday destination. Endless sandy beaches and a gorgeous mountain landscapes, places for excursions at any time of the year. Denia offers a very complete infrastructure and a huge offer of recreational activities, an amazing marina, a fishing port and market, an impressive old town with beautiful shops and restaurants, and a large number of excellent Restaurants - Denia has been nominated by the UNESCO as creative City of gastronomy! - and, last but not least, a diversified night live. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the villa can be reached within 1 hour 15 minutes. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. 2 renowned golf courses (La Sella Golf and Oliva Nova Golf) are at only 10 resp. 20 km from the villa.
