Villa Ponte - Cala Galdana

Villa Ponte is a magnificient house, in a large plot with a privileged location in one of the most emblematic beaches of Menorca, Cala Galdana. From the terrace and pool you can see the whole beach.

The house has 6 bedrooms, from which 5 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and the master bedroom with a double room and en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are sharing 3 further bathrooms, all of them renovated and updated.

The living-dining room situated next to the kitchen, gives access to the magnificient covered-open terrace and swimming pool.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and other small appliances.

The Villa is prepared and equipped for 11 people with a menorcan style of decoration, simple and functional for the summer .we have to mentioned that 3 rooms are on first floor accessed by a spiral staircase and another two on the ground floor from which the access have a few steps.

The double bed is 150cms, and the single ones are 80 and 90 cms.

We can access to the beach by a very close path of stairs situated near the property of bordering the street and walking approximately 900 meters. The nearest bars and restaurants are 700 meters away.

The route of Camí de Cavalls that crosses the beaches of Cala Mitjana and Cala Mitjaneta starts right in front of the house.

Due to vegetation surrounding the house, it is not allowed to use the barbecue in the property.
