Perhaps the tone of the message is due to the fact that, although we had reached an agreement to always close the awnings every night, and every day when it was windy, the neighbors warned me that in the middle of a storm with rain and strong wind, the awnings were still open and were about to break down, which is what happened. This tense situation forced me to warn you that if they broke due to misuse, the repair would have to be paid for. The storm destroyed the arms of the awnings damaged, and the fabric unstitched. It should be noted that I am in the process of fixing it with the apartment's insurance in this case, and that I have not incurred any extra expenses in your stay. I haven't seen any thanks in your message either, and that saddens me too. Disappointed that you were not able to enjoy my apartment, which I left in your hands those days for you to enjoy and take care of, I take note of everything so that it does not happen again. Ihre Familie war sehr nett und Sie haben die Wohnung in einem perfekten Zustand verlassen. Jedes Jahr versuche ich, die Wohnung ein wenig zu verbessern, damit sich die Menschen wie in einem kleinen Paradies fühlen: Ruhe, Strand, Terrasse und schöne Städte in der Nähe, wie Tarragona, Barcelona Sitges, Vilanova. Finally, despite the fact that you arrived three people instead of two, and that you left the covers of the cushions quite dirty, the deposit was returned to you entirely. I regret that in spite of everything, just underline the aspects that you did not like. I will do my best to improve the information in the future.
