Discover a peaceful getaway surrounded by lush gardens, vibrant flowers, and the charm of Antigua’s cobblestone streets. Our property features 4 private villas and 2 shared villas, all nestled around a beautiful tropical garden with a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and cozy hammocks perfect for unwinding under the sun.

Keep up your wellness routine in our small but well-equipped gym, featuring an elliptical cross trainer, stationary bike, ab bench, free weights, and yoga mats.

We are located on a serene street just a short walk from Antigua’s most iconic landmarks, restaurants, cafés, and cultural attractions. Secure parking is conveniently located right across the street.

Apartamentos los Nazarenos is a total gem. My three kids and I stayed there for over a month and were very comfortable. The staff is sweet and helpful and the pool is awesome. We took advantage of the laundry service and the daily hot lunches (kid approved! and inexpensive). We would definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment in convenient location

Great apartment within 15 minute walk of central Antigua and room for our family of six. Everything was extremely clean and in working order, and Christy (housekeeper/onsite manager) was fantastic. The only complaint we have is that the original listing said there were 4 beds in the upstairs loft, and there were in fact 3 when we arrived. It looks like this has since been corrected (and this is a very minor detail). Will look to stay here again with our family in the future.

everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay; If we had known earlier how nice, we would have extended our stay. Working kitchen with necessary appliances in kitchen,comfy beds and sofa downstairs, nice view from both upstairs and downstairs, LOVED IT. Tom was cordial and very helpful.We did eat breakfast on the covered patio and it was fine.filtered water included. The area was very QUIET! the only negative was that it was a bit far from town.; however everything else was SPOT ON!

Nice quiet location

We've stayed here for 6 nights and had a very relaxing time. Alejandra and Tom are very helpful to answer your questions, give your tips where to go etc. The location is a little walk to town but very well do-able. Because it is a little out, it is much quieter than a lot of other places we have stayed in Antigua. The upper bedroom was a bit warm to sleep in and it would have been nice if there was a bit more comfortable seating in the living room. There was a small couch and chair but only for 3 persons and we stayed with the 4 of us which made the last person sit on a plastic or dining room chair. Besides that we loved everything.

Quiet neighborhood, nice location!

Easy walk to the market. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pictures don’t do the place justice. We would definitely go back and stay again.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ANTIGUA, GUATEMALA

This place is so amazing! We couldn't have asked for better, friendlier, more helpful hosts than Tom & Alejandra! They both speak perfect Spanish & English, and Tom speaks Dutch as well. You are both beautiful people with huge hearts, & we will miss you, and our apartment, so very much!! We stayed in Apartment #3 for 3 weeks, but all apartments are perfect! Room for many more people in our apartment ... super clean (thanx to ur hard-working, wonderful staff, Antonio y Jasmine ... thank u for all of ur hard work, & sunshine-smiles ... ur beautiful!! Free wifi was an added bonus. The property is outside of the tourist district, and peaceful & quiet. Beautiful gardens, 2 comfy hammocks to each apt., kitchen with a huge fridge, gas stove, & fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, coffee maker , microwave & more ... comfy living room with a tv with like 100 channels! We slept great on the beds,, and the upstairs room offered a choice of single, double & queen beds of different firmness. In the garden, there are lounge chairs & a beautiful, shaded pergola where we spent a lot of time hanging out, laughing & getting to know many new friends ... laundry facilities, bathroom, loads of sun and so relaxing! They have a huge, fully stocked refrigerator with beer, pop, wine & alcohol, for the days we ran out or didn't want to leave! And two water fountains to watch the birds bathing!! Apartamentos Los Nazarenos is perfectly located if u want to be a short walk to everything, including a huge outdoor Mercado, and the Chicken bus terminal but just at the edge of town so we could go out without being bugged constantly to buy souvenirs! I could go on with so much praise & gratitude ... best holiday ever ... we will miss u both so much, as well as this beautiful city!! Thank u, Tom & Alejandra, for ur help & advice when we were planning our days! They even booked shuttles for us right from here! That was a huge help to us!! We love you both to the moon 🌙 & back!! We will be back ... as often & as soon as possible!! Ti quiero mucho! Muchas gracias por todo!! Hasta luego, mi amigo y amiga! Until we meet again! 🇬🇹🇨🇦❤

Wonderful Family Atmosphere

We spent one month at Los Nazarenos and we had a fantastic time. The property was very clean and included any items you would need. It also has a great family atmosphere. Tom, Alejandra, and Antonia were wonderful hosts! They provided everything we needed, no matter when it was requested. We hope to come back soon!

Tom was born and raised in Belgium. After his university studies he decided to take a sabbatical year in Guatemala, in order to practice his Spanish, to volunteer and to do some backpacking. He fell in love with the friendly people, the beautiful landscapes and the nice weather. Ever since he dreamt of returning to Guatemala and 8 years later, after having worked in the tourism industry in Spain, Greece, Dominican Republic and Mexico, he returned to Guatemala to buy a plot of land in Antigua Guatemala and to build some nice and comfortable vacation apartments. He has never regretted his decision as the weather in Antigua Guatemala is beautiful all year round and there is lots to do in Antigua. Tom lives on the property from where he runs both his Airbnb and his Belgian Translation Agency.

Brand new sturdy construction in colonial style with a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. A gym with epliptic trainer, ab bench, yoga mats and some weights. Colourful hammocks around a tropical garden. Lots of light and open space. Best internet in town !
