Casa Playa en Cala Galdana

Casa Playa is a wonderful villa situated just one minute from the exclusive beach of Cala Galdana, which gives its name to urbanization. This villa for rent stands out for its spaciousness and especially for its location surrounded of nature.



Casa Playa consists of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, a large dining room with barbecue, outside barbecue, garage and laundry.



The villa rental in Menorca is distributed in two floors. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom equipped with air conditioning, a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. On this same floor there are also two other double bedrooms equipped as well with air conditioning. One bedroom is composed of two single beds and the other double bedroom is composed with a double bed and an access to the terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and share a full bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer.



On this floor, we can also find the spacious and bright living room, which is conformed by two comfortable sofas and a television. The living room has an access to the balcony that communicates with the kitchen and enjoys beautiful views. It has a table with chairs ideal to enjoy outdoors meals. The independent and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware.



On the ground floor, we can find the other double bedroom featured with a double bed and a wardrobe. Also on this floor, there are a full bathroom with bathtub and a large dining room, an ideal area for barbecues and cooking. It has a typical menorcan-style table area equipped with airconditioning, ideal for a meal with the entire family.



The exterior of the house has two terraces distributed on two levels. Casa Playa has two comfortable armchairs and a couch to enjoy the tranquillity and nature that surrounds the house, hammocks in the garden area and another area to enjoy barbecues and outdoor meals with a table and chairs. On the upper terrace, we can find more hammocks to delight the sun and privacy.



The villa for rent has a garage with capacity of two car places, a laundry room featured with washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes line.

Casa Playa is also equipped with safe, WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV.



All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

Departure time: Until 10:00 a.m. (Check late check-out availability)



Tourism tax of the Balearic Islands not included in the price. Upon arrival, the Balearic Islands tourism tax will be charged.

The resort of Cala Galdana is one of the most popular and prestigious in Menorca. This is due to its beautiful beach that is surrounded by cliffs that border and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, crystal clear waters and its shell shape, make it a true paradise.



Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as baywatch, sunbeds, boat rentals, restaurants and more leisure.The beach is ideal for young children who are learning to swim, as the sea does not cover in the first 50 meters.

How to com to the villa?



From Mahon (35min):



1. Take General Road (Me-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this population and after a short tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, where usually is the meeting point with the host.

3. Take the second exit (Travessia Cala Galdana).

4. After about 250 meters turn left where the entrance of Casa Playa is.



From Ciutadella (25min):



1. Take General Road (ME-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this city you will find a roundabout. There you have to take the second exit, direction Cala Galdana (ME-22)

2. Follow the same previous instructions 2,3 and 4.
