Lovely apartment with private terrace located in the heart of Malaga center in a building with elevator. The holiday home is ideal for two people for a romantic city break in Malaga.



This lovely split level studio apartment is located on the 4th floor in literally the center of Malaga which offers you the perfect city break in Malaga city. The apartment offers a nice open kitchen and living room with all the accessories (incl. Nespresso machine), dining table, sofa and TV and features a bathroom with shower. The living opens to a charming terrace with a sofa and a dining table where you can enjoy a glass of wine overlooking Calle Granada.



The living room leads up the stairs to the upper level bedroom which offers a double bed (160x200 cm).



We offer parking, Internet and air conditioning.

Nice apartment in fantastic location. Great outdoor terrace. Aircon malfunctioned so we had no aircon for the duration. Not as bad as it would have been in the height of summer but still made sleeping at night a bit uncomfortable. Tall people beware of the mezzanine bedroom height. Other than that I would recommend and would go again.

A great apartment in town

The location is amazing, and whilst being in the middle of town we were impressed with how quiet the apartment was. The facilities are very good and well maintained.

Superlocatie!

Heerlijk midden in het centrum van Malaga en toch weinig hinder van geluiden omdat het op de vierde verdieping is. Het appartement was ruim, netjes en schoon. Ook opvallend weinig insecten (geen muggen of vliegen) dus ramen en deuren konden lang open. Alles was op loopafstand te bezoeken. Vele winkels en restaurantjes bij wijze van spreken om de hoek. Hele fijne vakantie gehad! . Gedurende twee dagen was de lift defect. Gelukkig hoefden wij die dagen niet met koffers te sjouwen.

In the middle of everything but quiet

We loved staying here. The location is right in the middle of everything and because it's on the top floor, it was still relatively quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and we enjoyed the large towels. We were greeted with excellent hospitality and any questions we had were answered promptly. They also gave us great recommendations!

Superb.

Superb apartment, beautiful, well appointed, clean, safe but above all very well located. Everything is done on foot, we loved our stay. Communication is easy with responsible people. I recommend it to everyone without any hesitation. 5 stars :)

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Malaga. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - mitten in der Altstadt, in der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars - und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung, das Bett ist sehr bequem, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Dachterrasse :-)

A small but perfect roof apartment. It is well decorated in a modern industrial style and was scrupulously clean when I arrived. The site is perfectly central but the apartment was not noisy. I can thoroughly recommend it for a short city break for one or two people.

The studio is located in the heart of Malaga's historical district, with excellent restaurants in close vicinity along with many of the city's tourist spots. The studio is quite well soundproofed... when I arrived, there were visitor sports fan cheering and singing downstairs who I could barely hear by the time I was in the studio, which is on the 4th (top) floor of the building. (There is an elevator.)The balcony to the studio has lovely views down onto the pedestrian streets below. The balcony serves as a brilliant little suntrap as well. The temperature ranged from 20*C to 26*C when I visited in mid-May and I didn't need any aircon during the day. I would recommend running the aircon for an hourso before going to sleep because it gets warmer in the loft where the bed is. The aircon is easy to use and works efficiently. I was greeted by someone who manages the property and she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone on a first trip to Malaga.

I would come again!

The apartment is located in the middle of the old town and has a beautiful roof terrace. The equipment of the apartment is modern, works perfectly and really everything you need is available. Check-in went perfectly and a very friendly and helpful member of staff helped with tips for staying in Malaga.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Appartement

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und verfügt über eine schöne Dachterrasse. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern, funktioniert hervorragend und wirklich alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Check-in lief perfekt und ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter half mit Tipps zum Aufenthalt in Malaga. Ich würde wieder kommen.
