This is a gorgeous apartment right in the heart of Old Town Nice. Minutes to the markets and beach. The high ceilings make the apartment feel so open and airy. Communication and check in with Karine and her team was very easy. We loved our stay in Nice.

Best vacation ever! Beautiful flat/apartment. Perfect for our family of four. All comforts accounted for in the space. Felt like our home abroad. So easy to feel at home. We were within walking distance of everything Old Town and the Promenade des Anglais had to offer. Also short walk to the tram and short ride to train station. Old Town has enough restaurants, shoppes, markets, and bars to keep you busy for more than a week. One of our favorite spots was the plaza that is steps away from the flat/apartment. Bar de la Degustation is the perfect spot. Leo and Joel, nighttime, are the reason we kept going back. Daytime staff not so good. We day tripped to Antibes, Monaco (2x), Ville France and Ventimiglia. Trains further east were an issue. Stranded in Italy after a great meal at Marixx. Expensive cab ride home for us. Highly recommend this great place in a fun city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartment in Old Town Nice. We were greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne—such a thoughtful touch that made our arrival extra special.The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by cafes, shops, and the vibrant local life. Honestly, you never feel the need to leave; everything you could want is right at your doorstep. The apartment itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay.Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and memorable. This apartment is a dream! The location cannot be beat. We were within a 3-4 minute walk of several outstanding restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. We appreciated the bottle of wine left for us, as well as abstarter supply of coffee. Communication with the property manager was easy, and she responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and super clean apartment. Everything was provided and we didn’t have any complaints on that front. I will say, the noise at night was not something that we were used to so it was a little hard to sleep. Also to note, there is a lift from 1-2, but not from ground to 1, we don’t have to carry our luggage up some stairs. Overall exceptional rental, and would stay there again!

The property was lovely with everything thing you would need or utensils and everything location was good. Easy to get to the flower market. Easy to get to the beach.The only drawback was that if you were a light sleeper you would really struggle to sleep although earplugs were provided. There are a few bars a few doors away that are very noisy and stay open till 230 to 3 in the morning after they close they’re still quite a few revellers in the street and then the bin lorries come very early as well so if you are a light sleeper you will struggle to sleep as I did, but the rest of my colleagues that I went on holiday with we were able to sleep

Great place, beautiful, and perfect location

We had a lovely stay with our family in this comfortable apartment that was great to relax in but also walk to the market or the beach and grab pastries or ice cream at our leisure. Would stay again!

This property is absolutely amazing. It’s literally right in the heart of old town and there’s a million bars and restaurants and shops right next to it.. There’s a really fun bar called Wayne’s bar next to the apartment, couple doors down, where we were singing and dancing on top of the tables. It was so much fun. Reminded me of when I was young. The house is absolutely amazing. The air-conditioning is perfect. There’s a washer and a dryer three bedrooms three bathrooms really nice kitchen. If you wanted to cook you could. We will absolutely be coming back to this property. The town is amazing. The beach is awesome. Now the house is what I would imagine it would be like if you had a rich Aunts with a beach house. You want to go to the beach… No problem she has multiple umbrellas, a straw basket to carry your really nice beach towels and a few hats to choose from for both men and women. She has a poolNoodle for floating.You lose a button she has a sewing kit. You need a charger she has multiple different kinds of chargers. You need any kind of toiletries /toilet paper- It’s all there.The bar that is on that street is open late. You can hear residual background noise and she left earplugs, but that’s kind of silly because you really don’t need that. With the windows closed you hardly hear anything. It’s like the hum of a television in the background. We opened up the windows on the night of the World Cup and it was awesome

This was a perfect place for us to stay for the 4 of us while we were in Nice. We enjoyed the location and thought it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if we come back. The air conditioning works great and the beds were very comfortable.

A lovely home-away-from-home — clean, comfortable, well appointed. Perfect for three couples. We had a nice stay at this apartment and was very conveniently located in Old Town Nice. The pictures are an accurate description of the place and the hosts are very nice and easy to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the apartment is next to a few bars that are are loud past midnight. They provide earplugs for this and we were able to sleep but would just caution for those with young kids.

Thank you so much Hannah for your kind review. I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment and its top location. Being right at the heart of the action does mean the area can be lively at night, so it may not be the best option for light sleepers. That said, many guests find the earplugs helpful and feel it’s a small trade-off for being so close to the beach, restaurants, and the best of Nice. It was a pleasure hosting you, and thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

We are very privileged to be living abroad, immersing ourselves in new cultures, but we will eventually settle in Nice one day. We have literally fallen in love with the Old Town, the beauty of the place and the relax vibe of this historical district. We love being able to do everything and go everywhere by foot, forgetting the car and slowing down the pace of life for a little while. Isn't it what holidays are about?

My personal routine starts with a jog on the promenade des anglais early in the morning followed by a café at a terrace on the cours Saleya. I then bring back fresh bread for the rest of the family together with flowers and fruits from the market. I couldn't think of a better way to start my day.
My husband's favourite tends to be the other end of the day, a glass of wine in hand as the sun sets on Nice. La dolce vita !
