This beautiful finca is built in the authentic style with thick stone walls, wooden beams, nice window shutters and many details that make a finca authentic like a well and large wooden entrance doors. The finca is located in a quiet rural surrounding on a plot of more or less 18.000m2 with a landscaped garden with fruit trees. From the terrace upstairs and several places in the garden it offers you lovely views of the Montgo mountain, the valley and even a bit sea view. Small country roads from the main road lead you to the house up the hill, however you´re not far from the centre of Javea, the Arenal beach can be reached within 10-12 minutes by car. It´s the last house of a dead end street and very private. This finca is ideal for everybody who loves the tranquillity, space, nature and living outside, to spend time with family and friend but also offers space to relax by yourself in one of the many corners to sit around the house or in the garden. InsideOnly the downstairs level is being rented out, the house itself will remain closed, however during your stay no other family nor the owner will be at the finca. You have complete access and private use of the upper terrace with swimming pool, the covered terrace and the lovely garden all around.
