Enjoy this beautiful city of Lyon while staying in this atypical House / Loft, bathed in the charm and greenery of its large garden - A really quiet and pleasant place to relax -
My house is close to the center of Lyon - Vieux Lyon 10 '/ Les Terreaux 15' / Part Dieu 25 'in normal traffic - Count more with public transport.

A single large room of 90 m2 facing East-
a large canopy of artist's workshop type along the entire length of the house - No curtains on the windows to better enjoy the trees, birds and squirrels. The floor is in light gray waxed concrete - The house is simply equipped, but each object, of a sure taste, tells a story.

A kitchen area where everything you need to make good food is waiting for you - But no dishwasher!

In the living room: a table and chairs in teak (Scandinavian design) to take your meals unless the good weather encourages you to take them outside on the terrace of 42 m2 in larch-

I am fortunate to live year-round in this house. During your stay I live in my workshop, another building on this large property.
I expect responsible and respectful behavior from my travelers.

- Only those who have retained are authorized to stay at the Lavoir

If you are 6 travelers, you can benefit from another bed for 2 people = La ROULOTTE, placed in the garden. With a tariff adjustment of € 50 / night - In the caravan no running water, but heating, electricity and WIFI - Dry toilets nearby -
