This villa is located in a quiet residential area.

This is a lovely modern Villa. It is decorated with a white modern airy feel with a beach style twist.

The Villa has 3 new shower rooms, so no queues for the bathroom, a new kitchen and appliances, and new air con. There are two double bedrooms, there are two further twin bedrooms, all with brand new air conditioning in each bedroom.

The living area is large, light and airy, with two sofas and coffee table, there is inside dining for eight. A large high power ceiling fan keeps the lounge lovely and cool. Free Wifi is provided, as well as USB and bluetooth connection for music. There is Freeview Smart TV with Netflix.

The kitchen is spacious and has all you need for cooking quiet or grand occasions.

Through the lounge is a large covered veranda, just here is seating for coffees or gin o'clock drinks. further along is an Alfresco dining area all still under the shelter of the large covered.veranda. as well as a large BBQ. A little further along this terraced are is a sofa and chairs with a large parasol covering this area. The veranda is a great view of the pool which is good for keeping an eye on the kids, if applicable.
Lovely pool, (11m x 6.7m and 1.8m at its deepest), There are roman steps into the pool and there are several different seating levels around the pool to relax and cool off. The is an outside shower. The Villa benefits from a large private sunbathing terrace at the side of the pool with sun loungers and a large parasol.

Please note we supply linen and towels AND in addition beach towels (to keep your luggage weight down) for free!

We provide free of charge travel cots, high chair and children's plastic crockery utensils and cups as well as toys for young and old in the villa.

There are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located nearby which is about 5-10 minutes walk away. Binibeca's white sand beach is about 6/8 minutes walk away dependant on pace.

We recommend a car, but it is not essential. There is plentiful parking available outside the house. A good alternative is the touristic road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. There are a larger selection of shops and supermarkets 15 minutes away in St. Lluis and the capital of Mahon, boasting the Europe's second deepest natural harbour (and great shopping!), which is 20 minutes away.
