Our completely renovated 4 bedroom 3 full bath house is sure to make you feel at home with redesigned floor plans for your comfort and convenience. We remodeled the home to the highest standards, from the granite counters, new showers, and flooring in the bathrooms to the Maple shaker cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and laundry every thing in our home is new. With 1700 sft of redesigned living space, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, our house has the space that makes you feel at home. Bedroom 1 Master suite standard 60”x80” queen bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 standard 60”x80” queen.bed Bedroom 3 standard 60”x80” queen bed, and Bedroom 4 w/Bunk bed full/twin and Queen bed. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Large covered front porch, covered back porch, gas grill, fire pit, and off street parking for three cars.. All linens and bath towels provided. Beach chairs and Beach towels provided. Contact owner for seasonal specials. JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST WE RENT FRIDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.

Absolutely beautiful and perfect location.

The house was absolutely stunning and a perfect location to downtown and the shops. We had an easy check in process and the house was fully stocked with towels, dishes, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

We love Grand Haven!

Jim and Ronda’s place was beautiful and stocked with everything a family needs for a great vacation. It’s also just a few blocks from downtown on a quiet street. A perfect place for a family vacation!

Great home base

We were pleased with our stay. The house was very well redone, the beds were comfortable and the house well stocked. It is in walking distance to the cute downtown and quick access to highways- which was very helpful as we were driving to Muskegon and Grand Rapids during this trip. We would definitely stay again!

This house is all about the beach!!!!

I loved this place. We did a family get away. The master bedroom is on the main floor, perfect for aging parents. This place is close to the beach and downtown. The shopping area was fun! The sun room was a perfect place to relax and read. Thank you for the memories!!

Grand Haven Getaway

Great home! Beautiful inside and out. We felt right at home in this house. Lovely interior and the porch and gazebo area was also great for relaxing. We biked on the trails, enjoyed the beach, and did lots of walking. We highly recommend this home. Close to town and the beach is easy to get to. The home is also well equipped. Had a great time!

Ladies weekend

We absolutely loved this house. We felt like it was home. The 8 of us ladies were able to relax and be together to catch up on life, cooking dinner together and watching MSU football. The open floor plan was a great plus. It is a short walk to events and stores. Thanks to Ronda and Jim for sharing their beautiful home and wish them luck in their retirement.

Wonderful vacation home in Grand Haven

Wonderful attractive newly remodeled and well kept clean family vacation home for 10 family members (6 adults and 4 children) air conditioning made it very comfortable during our hot stay 4 BR and 3 full baths ; Kitchen and laundry stocked to get started. Gas grill even had extra tank in shed Linens for bath and beach available too Covered front porch was a favorite place for adults to share cocktails in eve - would recommend fan there to help ventilation Also a tote for recycling is recommended Beach was exceptional. Clean/ life guards/ sand sculpture contest Walking distance to town(great shops/ restaurants/waterfront) Will be returning with family

Perfect End of Summer Getaway Home

There were 8 of us staying at the house (6 adults and 2 kids) and there was more than enough room for everyone! We were all very happy with the condition of the home and how clean everything was! It was also great to have a washer/dryer, all of the linens/towels, beach toys and chairs, a glass grill and SS appliances in the kitchen. With 3 different families staying, having 3 full size bathrooms was perfect! The House was also very close to downtown and the Harbor which was great for quick trips with the kiddos. The covered front porch was also an added bonus for morning coffee and evening cocktails too! This house helped to make our first vacation to Grand Haven fun and very memorable! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and amazing place to stay (with awesome hosts too!!)!!

By far the best rental I have ever stayed

This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. Not only was it exactly as pictured and clean, there was nothing missing at the house. I usually travel with kitchen items that always seem to be missing -- not at this place. There was plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, glassware, cookware, etc. Family of 6 adults and a 4-year old grandson enjoyed Grand Haven for a mini-family vacation. We loved the enclosed front porch for morning coffee, huge kitchen and eat-in area for "big breakfast" on a rainy Saturday morning. Everyone had their own bedroom, including the toddler! Easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants. We parked at the house and walked every where. Everyone wants to come back next year!

Excellent cottage within short walk of downtown Grand Haven

The cottage was clearly remodeled without a single detail overlooked. Everything our family needed was right there available to us, down to night lights to aid our kids during night time potty breaks. We've rented cottages for four summers now, and this house has been the best overall cottage we've rented yet. I love the fact that the house has formal HVAC and we aren't stuck using window AC units. Ronda's communication was extremely responsive throughout the week and super helpful. The only "drawback" to this house is that the beds are actually full beds, not queen beds. Considering the location and the fact that everything was exactly what we needed, this is hardly a deal breaker. I'd be very surprised if we are not back here next summer! :)

Perfect house for a big group

We rented this house for our daughter’s beach wedding. We had the reception two blocks away from this house so the location worked well for us. The house is nice and roomy for our large group. The outside space in the back yard is very nice.

Great wedding, great house, great owners

We had a family wedding in Spring Lake and the house we rented in Grand Haven was perfect. The house was everything we expected, clean, easy access, owners that were very accommodating and perfect for my 85 year old mom who travels with us. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Excellent vacation home

Our family has vacationed in Grand Haven MI for the past few years. We were interrupted due to Covid19 in the summer of 2020. However, we were back this year for the first time at an awesome vacation home. It was perfect for our growing family. The inside as well as outside was updated and had great space for all of us. It was so clean and enjoyable to hang out with everyone.

Great Rental

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our group of ten. Close to everything Grand Haven has to offer but also a retreat where we could be away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

Great House and Perfect Location

I stayed here with a few friends for a guys weekend - overall it was perfect. The house is completely redone so every room feels brand new. The kitchen was fully stocked and the rooms very comfortable. The main floor is nice for hanging out and has plenty of space. The location is also great - about a 5-7 minutes walk to downtown but in a really peaceful area. It was easy to walk to the water, bars, restaurants, etc. I'd highly recommend the house!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful experience staying here while in town for a family wedding. The home was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was in a perfect location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will be back!
