New 5000+ sq. ft. built in 2015, this tastefully decorated 6 Bedroom private lakefront home in Norris Crest, has everything you need for a great Norris Lake vacation. Our home was designed for a multiple family vacation - featuring beautiful views of the lake and mountains from all 6 bed rooms, living rooms, kitchen and from the decks on 2 levels.
Norris Crest is a private gated community which is also close to Dollywood and Great Smokey Mountains National Park (75 miles). Our gorgeous home is located thirty minutes from main highway I-75 in a very private location. It has an open floor plan which provides plenty of room for everyone and has many amenities for you to have memorable get away. Our home is situated on a reasonable slope from the house to the lake. There is a concrete path from the front of our home to the private boat dock and it is also accessible by a flight of steps from the lower deck.

The out-lookers gives the deck a much more open feel than conventional, simple rectangular decks. A new burner large gas grill with a backup propane tank is available. Deck can be accessed from the front of our home also.
ā¬ Lower Level Deck ā Features two full-sized tables with 10 chairs to support outdoor gathering. In the "out-looker" area on either side, there is a Porch Swing and Hot Tub to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Corn Hole (bean bag toss game) in lower level closet.

To rent jet skis, pontoons and ski boats check out Sugar Hollow and Shanghai Marinas. Sugar Hollow Marina is the closet marina for launching your boat and jet skis. Groceries and pharmacies are a twenty minute drive in LaFollette, TN.
In order to book this property you must have a valid US driverās license and you must be at least 25 years old. A copy of this driverās license will be required at the time signed rental agreement is sent in.
Lake Norris has about 800 miles of shoreline while a few areas are zoned for residential development and marinas, most of the lake is uninhabited and you have miles of water shoreline with coves that you can enjoy.
While picking the location for our home, we had 3 criteria:
ā¬ Safety: Where our kids and families can enjoy the lake, swim around safely near the deck and dive from our private dock.
ā¬ Family: Our home is situated in a cove away from the traffic but have a view of the lake from all bedrooms. There is no concept of a master bedroom, we have 4 identical bedrooms with attached bath with beautiful view of the lake and individual walk out to the deck. The other 2 bedrooms in the upper floor was designed for families with kids, where they cannot walk out to the deck by themselves and be safe with parents. You will be pleased to find all four master bedrooms and bathrooms were equal in size and features. The same is true for the two bunk bed rooms (for families with kids). This will make it easy for everyone to pick a room.

We have been visiting Lake Norris with our family, friends and kids for years. We rented lake front homes with multiple families in various Norris Lake locations to experience first hand what family, friends and kids would look for in an ideal vacation home, before purchasing beautiful Blue Grotto. This home was designed specifically for multiple families to gather, and we love it, and love sharing it with other families making memories together too! We are from Cincinnati, OH and have lived there for over 25 years. Please read the reviews from various guests; they speak for themselves.

Lake Norris has about 800 miles of shoreline while a few areas are zoned for residential development and marinas, most of the lake is uninhabited and you have miles of water shoreline with coves that you can enjoy. While picking the location for our home, we had 3 criteria:
ā¤ Safety: Where our kids and families can enjoy the lake, swim around safely near the deck and dive from our private dock.
ā¤ Family: Our home is situated in a cove away from the traffic but have a view of the lake from all bedrooms. There is no concept of a master bedroom, we have 4 identical bedrooms with attached bath with beautiful view of the lake and individual walk out to the deck. The other 2 bedrooms in the upper floor was designed for families with kids, where they cannot walk out to the deck by themselves and be safe with parents.
ā¤ Location: Last but not the least, should be quickly accessible to free waterway but also close to marinas where families can go grab a bite and get their boats/jet skis refilled.
We feel that we have accomplished all these criteria in choosing a location and designing our home and dock.
