Downstairs, you'll find a great room with sliding glass doors that provide a view of the creek, complemented by a large-screen smart TV. Additionally, there's a wet bar, another full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining space that seats 12. Both streaming TV and Wi-Fi are provided, with another smart TV located in the bar area for convenient streaming.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed alongside a twin bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room includes a full-size sofa bed.
