2 Bedroom Apartment, Sirena Sunrise, Paphos

Thank you so much for your review. It means so much to us to see you have enjoyed your stay. We try to take the stress out of your travels as much as we can. We hope to have you as guests again soon.

Thank you for your review. We will look to get a new frying pan. This is the first time we have been notified of this so will get a new one. With regards to the water pressure, it is gravity fed from the tank on the roof. In the summer months this can also be an issue in Cyprus due to the demand for water and also the drought. Unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about this. We are also looking to change the aircon unit in January when the apartment is closed for a few months. I think the cleaners may have got your welcome pack mixed up with someone else’s as this isn’t normally what we would put in unless a guest has asked for this. I do apologise about this.

Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Vicky Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see you have down rated us. I’m not sure why you’ve down rated us because of another resident which is nothing to do with our apartment. Since your stay, all owners have had the rules sent out to us, so we are unsure what has happened or what your son was doing to be told off by another resident.

Thank you so much for your review. So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We hope to have you back again soon.

Thank you so much, Adam! It was a pleasure having you stay with us in August. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the apartment and found it just as described. We also appreciate your kind words about the complex — the team works hard to keep everything clean and welcoming. You’re welcome back anytime!
