La Ferme at Le Manoir de La Foye

La Ferme Sleeps six people.

La Ferme offers very spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to six people, comprising of a large kitchen/diner and a separate sitting room and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a shower room with a separate toilet. There is a large private terrace at the front of La Ferme which has wooden patio furniture and a gas barbeque.

Leading off the tiled entrance hall is the large kitchen/diner with exposed wooden beams. It is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The large kitchen table will easily seat six people.

The comfortable living room next door to the kitchen also has original exposed wooden beams, a tiled floor and sofas and armchairs. The large fireplace with a wood burning stove is a feature of the room.

The wooden staircase leads up from the sitting room to the three bedrooms, the shower room and separate toilet.

The large bright main bedroom is well furnished and has a standard double bed (140cms wide), a good sized wardrobe and a separate chest of drawers.

The two attractive twin rooms both have single beds; there is space to hang clothes and a chest of drawers in each room.

All the bedrooms benefit from fitted carpets and feature an exposed Charentaise stone wall. A fan is provided in each bedroom and there is a hairdryer in the main bedroom.

The shower room at the end of the landing has a Jacuzzi type shower and hand basin; there is a separate toilet across the landing.

The downstairs bathroom has a full size bath, hand basin and toilet.

La Ferme adjoins Le Gîte du Puits and there is an interconnecting door which is kept locked unless the same party books both properties.
