Modern villa, brand new, with heated pool with transparent cover, to enjoy every day of the year, on the cliff, with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Teide, enjoy a different sunset every day, it is a unique experience.
The living room is an authentic postcard, it has the sea at its feet, the sway of the waves makes you fall in love, an authentic dream. The kitchen is very spacious, with a large work area facing the sea, with large windows where you enjoy these stunning views. Two double bedrooms, in one of them you do not have to get out of bed to contemplate the sea and the entire north of Tenerife.
This villa is a dream, the situation is unbeatable.

Leider handelt es sich hierbei nicht um eine brandneue, moderne Luxusvilla. Die Fotos sind über 6 Jahre alt. Der untere Glasbereich, der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, gehört nicht zu Vermietung, dafür befindet sich unter dem Balkon, neben dem Pool, noch eine Wohnung mit Pool, die auch vermietet ist. Der untere Balkon zum Meer ist nicht nutzbar, da es dort einen großen, alten, sehr lauten Ventilator gibt. Auf unsere Wünsche, den Grill zu reinigen und den kaputten Wäscheständer zu ersetzen, wurde prompt reagiert. Auf die Reparatur der defekten Terrassenbeleuchtung haben wir verzichtet, da sich hierbei um einen größeren Wasserschaden von oberen Deck handelte. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten ausgesprochen bequem. Leider bringen die zwei älteren Standventilatoren wenig Abkühlung für einen guten Schlaf. Wir würden das Haus nicht wieder buchen, auch wenn uns der Blick aufs Meer und der Pool sehr gefallen haben.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in absoluter Ruhe und fast jeden Tag Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Nicht mehr ganz neu und einiges sollte dringend erneuert werden (undchter Abfluss am Waschtisch, defekter Wäscheständer, undichte Kaffeemaschine und die kücheneinrichtung sollte aufgefüllt werden). Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten aber bei dem Preis der dafür aufgerufen wird, ist das für mich selbstverständlich. Eine Verdunklung der großen Glasfronten wäre schön zumal im Wohnzimmer die Schlafcouch steht und derjenige, der dort schläft ab 6 Uhr in gleissender Helligkeit liegt, das muss man mögen. Aber die Ruhe, derAusblick auf den Teide und der Pool sind sensationell!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren als Familie einer Woche zu Gast in Juanmas Villa. Die Lage ist wunderschön und der Blick auf den Atlantik und die Küste ist traumhaft. Die Villa war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Juanma war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Es war alles super wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist der Hammer super Ausblick auf das Meer und den Vulkan. Der Ansprechpartner vom Haus war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Santa Ursula Paradise Villa

Thank you so much to the host Juan Manuel for a wonderful stay! Everything was smooth and he replied quickly to all our questions. The treats on arrival were the icing on top! The villa itself is beautiful! The beds so comfortable and the views are unbelievable! I can’t praise it enough! If you want peace and quiet but near enough a nice residential town with lovely restaurants and shops (3 mins by car but by foot a bit tricky as very steep!) this is the place! If you are looking for sun 100% of the time, this might not be the place as the north is not always as clear but it was always warm enough to lie outside comfortably and swim in the perfectly temperate pool. And the beautiful greenery, flowers and sunsets more than make up for it.

A well maintained villa in an amazing position

Three of us stayed for 10 nights. We have been here once before so knew how to find it and check in, but it’s an easy process. You will need a car and sat nav. The villa was very clean and was given a freshen-up half way through the stay. Perhaps its most appealing feature is the location. On top of cliffs with waves crashing at the bottom, the villa has fantastic views of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz (which is a 10 minute drive away). You get superb sunsets and views of Mount Teide too! There’s a great walk to do around the area which goes along the cliff edge - nothing difficult or dangerous! The villa is in the cooler but less touristy and built up north coast. The weather wasn’t bad but it’s 3 or 4 degrees warmer on the south coast. Juanma, the property manager is responsive and helpful via text and WhatsApp.

Wonderful stay with a wonderful view in Tenerife

Everything about this home is precisely as advertised. While many homes use funny camera angles to makes the place look bigger or otherwise more desirable, our family arrived and found the home exactly as represented. The pool and amenities were all as described. While, as Americans, we are used to air conditioning, we became acclimated very quickly and came to enjoy using the breezes from the large windows to keep cool. We recommend this home highly and thank the owner (who was always very quick to respond to a variety of inquiries) for a wonderfully stay.

Stunning property with amazing view

Booked a week in this villa for myself and my wife. The communication with the owner was 1st class, and any questions beforehand were answered. Check in was seamless as we were provided all the details 24hrs before arrival. The villa is even better in real life. I'm not sure that a camera could ever capture what you can see looking out from the villa. It's absolutely stunning. There is everything that you need in the villa, kitchen well stocked etc, and the outdoor furniture is spotless. The pool was perfectly heated for use during the day or in the evening. 20 minute walk to the supermarkets and a selection of local bars and cafes (Big hill to get there but easy on the way back!!) Driving to the shops takes around 5 minutes and is an easy journey. We would highly recommend the owner and villa alike. We would not hesitate to rebook.

Breathtaking view

Arrival, check-in and check-out went really smoothly and easy. Juanma and I were in contact via WhatsApp, the key was in the locker and a friendly lady with wine and chocolate as a present showed us around. Super easy and exactly what we needed. Further instructions about supermarkets, things to do, WLAN etc. again via WhatsApp. The place was matching the pictures and was just amazing. You can be for yourself and enjoy the pool and the view. And in the back there are other nice houses, so you do not feel lost or isolated at all. Two supermarkets are a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away for the basic needs. We rented electric bikes in addition to the car, which really was the right choice. When we tried to book our next stay, sadly the date was already taken. But we sure will be back.

A villa that’s all about the big and the small stuff!

We have just returned from spending Christmas at the villa and the whole experience is about both the big and small aspects First the big bits- The design and look of the property is very well represented by the pictures in the advert and it is a big property for one that is made up of two bedrooms. When you arrive and the shutter opens up and you drive into the parking area and you see the property its pretty impressive. Then you see the view which really does take your breath away and that is the other ‘big’ aspect of this villa. The views from the house are so beautiful and varying that they can captivate you for the week or two that you may be there. Whether you are watching the Atlantic or looking over Puerto De La Cruz or watching the changing views of Mount Teide from any of the balconies, terraces or even sitting in bed from the master bedroom. Now for the small things, these are the touches that just make this villa so easy to stay in and be comfortable. From the food stock in the cupboards to the kitchen equipment, to straighteners and hairdryer in the bathrooms and all the many places to sunbathe and lounge this is such a comfortable, well equipped, and homely place to stay in. The villa is in what is clearly a very upmarket and quiet area which is surrounded by other equally lovely villas but the nearest shops are probably a 30 minute walk away so it is necessary to have a car and be prepared to drive. The communication with the villa owner was good but you do have to be aware that you won’t be texted the access code until the villa is ready for you to arrive. All in all this is a stunning property with wonderful views and is a great place for a sunshine break throughout the year

Das Objekt war ausgesprochen stilvoll, die Einrichtung hochwertig, gut ausgestattet und neu. Der traumhafte Ausblick und die ruhige Umgebung machten den Rahmen perfekt. Die Villa ist zentral gelegen und bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer top und er reagierte schnell und zuverlässig. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder😊

Das Objekt steht in einer vollkommen ruhigen Straße direkt an der Steilklippe, schönere Sonnen untergänge gibt es nicht. Der Pool einfach ein Traum, Küche mit absoluter Vollausstattung. Betten ein Traum. Besser geht nicht wir kommen wieder!

The perfect place for a great stay

We visited in Feb ‘22 for 10 nights and loved it. The villa is as good if not better than the photos. The location is amazing, at the top of rugged cliffs overlooking the sea and with Puerto de la Cruz in the distance. The sunsets were fantastic. The cleanliness is first rate, and with a management company desperate to keep it that way during the stay. It’s quiet, secluded and well equipped. The roads in Santa Ursula lack a bit of logic, so if you’re coming in a car (and a car is really essential) make sure you get sat-nav or your mobile works abroad.

Magnificent Villa with spectacular views on the sea

Perfect stay at this very nice and modern villa. Located in Santa Ursula, the weather is not as sunny as in the South of Tenerife (explains the fact that the pool is roofed), but no mass tourism and plenty of wonderful places to visit. This is authentical Tenerife ! Only to (slightly) worry was the fact that the TV only offers Netflix, but no TV channels (Spanish or international). Apart from that, the villa was perfect for my family of 4, with nice rooms and modern equipment. Supermarkets and all amenities are only 5' drive. Checkin/out is easy and simple (keylock with a code), place was very clean. I would fully recommend !
