Tropical Seaview Villa, near wonderful Khao Kalok beach for a relaxing holiday.

Tropical Seaview is a peaceful gated community with a lovely 25mtr. pool+jaquzzi and nice Clubhouse with 'ping pong' and pool tables plus small gym and several books for guests use. Situated in non touristy coastal countryside
My house is a 2 storey villa with 3 double bedrooms, having solar powered heated water and Air Con. Equipped kitchen + outside gas 'Thai' kitchen. Covered veranda overlooks fishpond and garden with mango trees etc to give you shady comfort whilst relaxing.
A short distance from the beautiful beach, where Mr.Moo offers banana boat rides etc - many local restaurants around Pak Nam Pran area with seafood a speciality by the beach.
Wifi included. TV (for programmes via your 'laptop') with DVD Player and several DVDs for your enjoyment.
A lovely coffee shop, where you can while away some time gazing out to sea is along the next bay, in between swimming, walking and sunbathing time. We live nearby, so are always on hand to show you around and offer that little extra personal help to enjoy your time in this part of 'real Thailand'. I provide a laundry service for guests, so you can enjoy a real holiday. Automatic moped/scooters are the best way to enjoy exploring the local area, with quiet beach side roads. These - and cars - can be rented at good price. I can also arrange for car/minibus to meet you at Airport/Bangkok, so no problem in finding us.
Only extra is Electricity/water which are charged 'as used'. Towels/Linen changed weekly. 5000 baht damage deposit charged on arrival - hopefully never needed!!!!
Hua Hin is about 26 kms away and nice for occasional visit - night market, tailor, elephant riding, shopping mall, but always wonderful to return from hot, touristy 'concrete city' at the end of the day. We can take you there by prior arrangement. Many golf courses within 30/45 minutes, plus Sam Roi Yod National Park with its famous cave and Kuiburi National Park for the wild elephants not far.
As eating out in Thai restaurants is very reasonable, most guests dine out regularly, trying the various local food dishes and finish the day with a cool beer/glass of wine or gin and tonic.
We like to show our guests around the area, on arrival so you are aquainted with the beaches, shops, market, restaurants AND our favourite beachside coffee shop.
