Thank you for taking the time to write a review and very pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay. Our description does say there is a pool you can use within about a 5 minute walk but is clear that an additional charge, payable locally, is made for the use. We are sorry to hear this wasnt quite the arrangement you expected.

Hi Alyson Thank you for your lovely review and delighted you found everything to your liking. It would be great to have you visit us again and any friends you can recommend us to! Thank you for choosing our apartment. With best wishes, Alan and Tanya Hounsham

Hello Gaelle So pleased to hear you enjoyed our apartment and surrounding area. Most of our guests are pleased there are a few bars and restaurants in the village that offer an entertainment programme but like you say it's an advantage positioned where we are in case you want a relaxing evening on our terrace. We have considered having a pool but so many of our guests prefer choosing from the various options to swim around Los Gigantes that at least for the time being we have decided not to have one. We would love the opportunity of welcoming you back if you wish to continue exploring the area. Alan and Tanya

Hi Gill Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the apartment and village. It is important to us to receive guest feedback, thank you. We do hope to have the opportunity of welcoming you back. With best wishes, Alan and Tanya

Hello Anthony and Meryl Thank you for your review and pleased to hear you enjoyed your return visit. We're just sorry that your dates for next year are not available because we would love to have you as guests again. We will pass your kind comments on to Mike and Sue, they do work very hard to please our guests and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have spoken to them about the internet and apparently the Skywire system went down during the calima and also there has been some stormy weather whilst you were there so Mike has suggested this was the problem but he is going to monitor it over the following weeks and months. Cable is supposed to arrive shortly in our road which will not be weather dependent so we plan to investigate switching over. We do hope we have the opportunity of welcoming you back next time you need somewhere to stay. With best wishes, Alan and Tanya

Dear Annie and Steve Thank you for taking the time to review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay. Alan and Tanya

Hi Caroline Thank you for your review and we are delighted to hear you had a great holiday. Pleased you enjoyed the different swimming locations. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back at any time in the future. From Alan and Tanya

Dear Armin and Mélanie Thank you for taking the time to review our property and we are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the terrace, garden, views, apartment furnishing and cleanliness. Before we bought our apartment 3 years ago, we carried out extensive research around the south of Tenerife and chose Los Gigantes because of its quaint, pretty village charm in a less busy and built up area than other resorts along the coast. We do feel our property advertising description and photographs accurately portray the apartment and area and apologise if you felt misled. As you know, we had the opportunity of meeting yourself and Mélanie as we have just purchased the one-bedroom property which is situated above our 2-bedroom. This is a huge financial commitment to add to our rental portfolio and not one we would have considered if noisy neighbours were an issue. We regard all our guest comments very highly and are pleased that we have so many positive reviews and repeat visitors. On this occasion, it would appear unfortunate that whilst we were there, the lady who lives next door was away and can only presume that the noise was from her brother who told us he was staying in the apartment for a 2- week holiday. Please accept our apologies that this change in neighbours clashed with your holiday. We do ask our guests to close the doors and windows when leaving the property but would only expect that only the doors to be closed at night so fresh air can still be enjoyed from the windows. As far as we are aware there is no safety reason why the windows should be closed at night. It was good to meet you and Mélonie and we do hope you have some lovely memories from visiting Tenerife.

Dear Corin Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and would like the opportunity of welcoming you back at some stage in the future. With kind regards Alan and Tanya
