Lovely apartment in a great location. Very easy check in ! Pool area very clean and spacious. Only negative was that the mattresses and bedding wasnt very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Toilet was really dirty had to buy cleaning stuff before I could use the bathroom.sent pictures to owners but they didn't respond.The apartment is very tired looking would not recommend.

Great location, very nice accommodation

Centrally located, in well maintained complex. Accommodation spotlessly clean with everything needed for a holiday let. Only (minor) criticism would be that the metal bed frames need attention as they creak every time you turn over, waking everyone up (& the bed linen, although clean was very worn & torn in places).

Nice little apartment

Sunny apartment that was central and quiet. Great and clean pool area. Bad beds and chairs which we eventually had replaced.

Property not as advertised, dirty, need to wash sheets straightaway.Mold in washing machine, oven dirty from previous lodgers.My grandmother 25 years ago had better conditions, bathroom sink taps rusty, leaking water.Just 1 set of towels.No internet for all stay : just had for 30 minutes.Property manager when find out property rent by owners via Vrbo, wash the hands , took the photografs and run away.She mention property sold.Property door number3M2-43.Bever pay full amount of money till property owners don’t tell door number.Alina and Joe

Location, location, location

Very nice stay here, and would go again. Beds very comfortable (were changed recently according to a previous review?). Kitchen area and patio furniture looking a little tired - changing the chair cushions would be cheap and make a world of difference. View from the balcony is very good looking down on the pool area which is excellently staffed and maintained. Straight out of the front door you can look down on three excellent restaurants and a large supermarket. The complex is in a very flat area compared to many others and an easy walk to both the beach and the entertainment areas of the resort. Very close to buses which run very late and are cheap. Oh, did I mention the location!

Great studio in good area.

Absolutely lovely studio. Fab view from balcony. Spacious for a studio. Spotlessly clean. Pool area is fantastic with comfy loungers although was not heated as stated. Bars and restaurants nearby. Harriet's particularly good in the complex. Supermarket right behind. Communication with owner was fantastic. Simple check in. Not luxury but I just can't knock it for the money. Would have been good to have a guide for amenities in the room. Pool for example. How to get into it. But we figured it and it's a small inconvenience. We had a great stay!

We areives ar Aan Marino late no idea how to get in and reception was closed the whole time we were there . No information aside from the key pad number was given in how to access the apartment ..Finally found our apartment after struggling with trying to open the faulty front door for 20minutes we finally gained access , the apartment had not been cleaned there was no bedding or any towels or any water !! After trying to contact 2 emergency numbers someone finally answered, they had no knowledge of the booking but did arrive , the lady was lovely , we had to spend our first night in another apartment ,again annoying as we were only there for 5days , I guess in a way that was a good thing as the apartment was poor . Following day at least it looked better ,it is surprising what a difference some fresh bedding makes and some water . The lady was lovely and did give us a bottle of prosecco.and orange juice as way of an apology . That wasn't the end of the problems though , the handle of the patio doors just came off in my daughters hand and the lock on the front door did cause anxiety.as we never knew if we were going to be able to.get into t he apartment. luckily we managed but the lock.is going to break any time and any future guests unless it's sorted are going to have that problem .Maintainance did come out but just squirted some oil.over it . It did nothing to solve the problem .Also the pool and spa were both drained ,one pool was usable though . All in all a poorly maintained apartment that needs a lot of TLC . Good points . A nice powerful shower and in the centre of Los cristianos Close to everything and right opposite the bus station . Good points Lovely powerful shower

Not enough draw space

The apartment was kept very clean . Could not use the drawers as several times it fell off , needs repairing as could cause serious accident

Studio Apt'

First day, we had to go to the office as the only two pots were so small we could not cook a meal for two. Fortunately the office gave me money to buy two decent pans. The frying pan was disgusting and everything stuck to it. Wine glasses were tiny odds and sods. The stench out of the washing machine was so disgusting that I looked to see where it was coming from and it was the soap tray. I took it out to reveal the inside cavity was completely covered with thick black mould. Another trip to the office who thankfully sent up cleaners to clean it out. I should not have had to to go shopping on my holiday for pots and pans! Nor ask for cleaners to get rid of the stench from the washing machine! The noise of the fridge freezer and water boiler kept us awake at night. There is wifi supplied in every apartment but the owners do not leave the code available to renters. I had text them to ask for it as I had a medical emergency and needed to urgently look up various companies to help resolve the situation I found myself in. I hope the next set of renters after us enjoyed the new pans and the cleaned out washing machine and use of the wifi as I left the code next to it! Unfortunately they wouldn't be able to enjoy a fried egg from the frying pan as that was an impossibility with the state it was in!!

Very Nice, Homely and would recommend to families

This place was clean and comfortable, very quiet and is actually way nicer than the photo's. Would highly recommend to couples or families looking for a quiet location away from the clubs and noise. God Bless!
