Apartment Vale is located in House Vale in a small town of Vrećari on the east side of Istrian peninsula. The newly remodeled private apartment for 5 people is located on the ground floor of the house. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, office and a bathroom. The apartment has a workspace with fast fiber internet, including Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection. Our apartment offers great experience nearby beautiful sea, place full of nature, history and amazing food.

THE HALLWAY

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor with one small door step. The entrance is to a large hallway which contains storage space, electronics charging station, and an air-conditioning unit. We also have radiators for heating.

THE KITCHEN

The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, plates, glasses, coffee / tea cups, pots and pans. There is also a refrigerator / freezer, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster and coffee machines. We have an Espresso machine (DeLonghi Dedica) which uses ESE pods (cialde) or ground coffee. We also have a filter coffee machine and a Turkish coffee pot. We do not have a dishwasher.

THE BEDROOMS

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The first bedroom is shared with the living room and has a sofa, smart TV, a closet and one Euro King bed size (180 x 200 cm) which sleeps 2 people. This bedroom has two bed lamps with USB chargers. The second bedroom has 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, a work desk with a nice chair and a lamp. We provide the bedding (duvet covers), pillows, extra pillows and blankets for all the beds.

THE WORKSPACE / INTERNET / TV

The apartment is a remote workers dream! The workspace is located within one of the bedrooms. We have a nice desk, comfortable office chair and a lamp. Upon request, we can provide a 24 inch monitor (Dell S2421HS), wireless keyboard and mouse and HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the monitor. We provide internet via super fast fiber optic cable with download speeds up to 500 Mbps. We installed one of the best Wi-Fi access points available (Ubiquiti UniFi Access Point Long Range, UAP-AC-LR) to fully cover the interior and exterior. We also offer the ability to connect your laptop directly to the router via the Ethernet cable. Your internet speed will be dependent on your device and location on the property. We have tested our speeds with multiple devices and reached speeds of 50-500 Mbps. The maximum speed we reached with a smart phone is 320 Mbps and over 500 Mbps with cable connection.

We have one smart TV with Satellite and local Antenna channels. The TV is connected to the internet so you can login with your accounts to different apps.

THE BATHROOM

The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine for laundry. We do not have a clothes dryer, we have clothes drying rack on the terrace. We provide bathroom towels. We provide hand soap, some laundry soap and few starter rolls of toilet paper, however, we do not supply all your toilet paper. We provide one hair dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board.

OUTDOORS

The apartment has a large fully covered private balcony accessible from the bedrooms. There is an outdoor table with chairs and a nice view of the garden and the mountain. The property around the house is very large with space for kids to run around and play in the garden or on the swings. We can provide a charcoal grill upon request.

GUEST ACCESS

This apartment is on the ground floor of a two apartment house. The owners live in the apartment above this apartment. The parking is in front of the apartment.

This is a quiet location outside of busy tourist areas. House Vale is located in a small town Vrećari on the east side of Istrian peninsula, and close to the beaches of Rabac which are only 7 km away (15 minutes by car). Rabac has the most well known pebble beaches in Istria. The historic town of Labin is located 5 km away, showing the charm of old cobbled streets and art galleries.
