Seacrest was rebuilt in 2016, the owners have created a magnificent and spacious three storey house. The style is bold and strong. The wood and glass staircase takes you to the first and second floors, where the green oak timber construction spans throughout the house creating a feel of balance and beauty. The kitchen dining and living area, occupy the entire width of the house, with an enclosed glass balcony allowing a seemless access to the view. The woodburner holds centre stage to forge happy memories. The master bedroom suite has a grown up and decadent feel. A space to bathe in from the water of your rol top bath with sea views to the bed drenched in sunlight, you will simply feel upgraded on every level.

The view was amazing, stunning! And the house was even better than we expected. So much space for ten people and brilliantly equipped. Huge dining table that comfortable say the ten of us to play games around and have dinner without feeling at all squashed in. Really comfy beds and the house was spotless. We didnā€™t use it as the kitchen, diner, lounge area was where we spent our time but also had a huge downstairs tv room which would be great if you had kids with you who wanted their own tv room. Cannot fault the property!

Simply WOW! We had a fabulous intergenerational weekend celebrating a 50th birthday. The house is beyond stunning and very well equipped. Some precious memories were made this weekend.

Best location and Top residence

Superb location, under ten minutes walk to the more crowded part of the beach and same distance from the kitesurfing centre.Easy to drive to, with plenty of parking.The house is spacious and avails itself to the complete views of camber sands beach and seascape.Teenager family members were able to both have space and enjoy the 30 second walk directly into the sea to sunbathe, swim, bodyboard, SUP and play games on the sand when the tide went out.A fully equipped kitchen with two fridge/freezers allowed dining and entertaining inside or outside deck or patio.

50th Anniversary

Absolutely stunning property, spotlessly clean with lots of facilities and equipment. Exactly as advertised but excelled my expectations. Hosts were lovely and also helpful. View was amazing and so was situation. Would strongly recommend as the whole package was first class and my family made happy memories which will never be forgotten. Hoping to be able to go back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we had to flip a coin for the master bedroom! We were a party of couples, and unfortunately one couple had to have the twin room. It would've been good to have an option at the time of booking for the twin to be converted to a double.(perhaps I should have asked) In the 'turquoise room' I'd suggest a mattress upgrade is required.The location is wonderful, with plenty of parking. We lucked out with the weather so took advantage of sitting outside at every opportunity. Perfect we'd definitely recommend and consider returning.

Great weekend in camber in a lovely property. Few small things meant this wasnā€™t a 10 out of 10 but it was a 9 and a bit!Nonetheless we had a fantastic time and when you have good weather you really canā€™t beat Camber and this property!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway ā€“ Idyllic Hen Weekend Spot!

We stayed at Seacrest from 4ā€“7 April for a hen weekend, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house is right on the beach with stunning, uninterrupted sea views ā€“ waking up to that horizon each morning was a dream.The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and really spacious ā€“ perfect for a group. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy, and the layout worked brilliantly for both relaxing and celebrating. The big windows and outdoor space made it feel like we were truly away from it all.The location is unbeatable ā€“ step out the door and youā€™re on the beach.Julie, the host, was helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, and everything was ready for us on arrival ā€“ clear instructions and early check-in made everything so easy.Highly recommend Seacrest to anyone looking for a beachside escape ā€“ itā€™s got the views, the vibes, and all the comforts of home Xxx

Special Family Weekend

My family and I enjoyed 3 wonderful days at Seacrest for my 40th birthday. The house is beautiful. The open plan living area was perfect for family gatherings, with a stunning sea view. We had a lovely sunny weekend, so made use of the outside seating area on the balcony, overlooking the beach and enjoyed walks along the beach. The house catered for all our needs, was very clean and well looked after. I would definitely recommend a trip to Rye to meander the cobbled streets. We went for lunch at The George Hotel which I recommend and catered for children. Definitely a house and area we would return to. Thank you Seacrest and Julie.

Fabulous Sunny Stay

We stayed here on the warmest sunniest March weekend and it was heaven. It was a trip for family after a family funeral and it was the most perfect place for some rest, relaxation and time on the beach. The property is beautiful, the bedrooms are lovely size and the top bedroom overlooking the beach is like nothing Iā€™ve seen. Itā€™s a perfect house for all age ranges and being able to plod down to the beach without packing up bags and the house was bliss. It was superb and the house was very well equipped. We would love to stay again!

Great family holiday

We had a great week mostly on the beach. The house had everything a family of 10 needed and is in a great location. The view from the balcony over the coastline is amazing and the access to the beach was perfect for the children.

Beachside fun!

We enjoyed a great stay at Seacrest. The weather wasnā€™t very kind to us but it didnā€™t ruin our fun and the kids still managed to get out on the beach and enjoy a dip in the sea! House is really well set up for big groups and kids.

Amazing weekend getaway!!

Beautiful house and location was perfect. We had the misfortune of a water issue but this was the whole of camber. Julie was excellent with making sure we had plenty of bottled water but also keeping me updated with the issue. Would highly recommended and we would def be back.

Wonderful house, host and location

Beautiful Beach House

We went as a family to celebrate a birthday . The house is amazing with loads of space for everyone and really well equipped. Itā€™s so warm and cozy at this time of year we didnā€™t even need to light the log burner . Communication with the host is great and we all had a fabulous time .

Great family getaway

The house was amazing for a big group of us staying for my mums 60th Birthday. The location was great being right on the beach and we had some lovely weather to go with those views even though we stayed in January. The house had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend staying here
