The Indian Pass Public Boat Ramp is located just one mile away with unbelievable fishing! Abundant numbers of fish swim through the pass, (located between Indian Pass and St. Vincent Island National Wildlife Refuge). You can easily get to this beautiful and untouched island via the St. Vincent Island Shuttle Service.

The kitchen, dining, and comfortable living areas are all open to each other and overlook the inviting deck! With four bedrooms in the house, it features a split floor plan with two bedrooms and a bath on each side of the large open living areas. The two south bedrooms offer Gulf views with french doors that open up to the large wrap-around deck!

You'll love the fully stocked kitchen and bar that overlook the living area and deck! Among the beachy & whimsical furnishings, you'll enjoy the art work of renowned Canadian artist David Lacey.

Ceiling fans are located in every room as well as the large, covered porch. Amenities include a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower with a dressing room and bench, covered fish cleaning sink and counter, generous covered parking under the house for 3 vehicles, an additional hot/cold shower to rinse off at the end of your beach path, and a washer/dryer located in separate laundry room!

Up to a $300 damage option will be automatically charged to your credit card within 7 days of check out if any damage occurs.

Unlike most homes, we do not charge you for your 4-legged children. In exchange, we simply ask that they'd be well behaved & trained, current on flea/tick meds, non-scratchers on doors/windows/furniture, to keep them off the furniture & beds, and that you'd pick up after them in the yard and beach. Due to the fact that your pet is not familiar with his/her surroundings at the house, please bring a kennel in case you plan to leave him/her alone. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

*We cater to family groups and cannot accept reservations for vacationing students or house parties. We do not rent to students or to groups under 25, even if one or more parents or legally responsible adults accompany them.

No group gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy allowed, even for a day event.

In the event you need to cancel, we provide a full 100% refund when cancelling 30 days or more in advance of your arrival and 50% refund 14 days through 29 days in advance. There is no refund less than 14 days in advance. Purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance "for any reason" is strongly recommended because you never know what unexpected life event could occur, or what storms could develop that would cause you to cancel.
