The Racquet Club has a resort atmosphere and is beautifully landscaped, it also includes 5 swimming pools, 6 Jacuzzi, recreation center, social events, exercise classes and a workout room. 9 lighted tennis courts with resident tennis pro.

Great place just feet from the pool. Lots of things to do. Only problem was Wifi was slow. Hard wired was 250 plus but wifi was 20. TV would buffer sometimes.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric and Mimi's beautiful condo! It is super clean and very tastefully decorated in a well maintained upscale gated community. The condo was supplied with everything, and more than, we needed for our month long stay. We ate 'in' most of the time so I appreciated all of the new appliances and gadgets for cooking! We loved eating out on the patio for lunches! We particularly loved the beautiful grounds for walking and the heated pools and hot tubs! We even enjoyed a few games of pickleball! Mimi was very accessible both before our stay and after we checked in! The condo is in an ideal location for quick runs to the grocery stores, restaurants, and shops! We enjoyed a spring training game at nearby Salt River Fields, hiking, concerts, and many other sights! Yet, the community is amazingly quiet! It felt like a 'home away from home'! Springtime is a gorgeous time of year in the Phoenix area! We definitely want to stay there again! Thanks, Mimi and Eric! Doug and Brenda T.

I hate review titles.

The property is located in a gated community in a great Scottsdale neighborhood. aplenty of good places to eat and grocery stores. Places to walk and close to McDowell Preserve hiking. The condo is clean and very nicely decorated with just about everything you will need. Parking close to the door and a close by pool and spa. Very highly recommended!

Ideal condo with a resort vibe

This condo was especially clean, comfortable and seriously well equipped. The grounds have walking paths, fountains and beautiful landscaping. Safe and friendly community. Loved it! Plenty of parking. Great Scottsdale location. Communication with owner was easy and timely. Friendly staff and lots of opportunity to play pickle ball. You will be one of the fortunate ones if you can stay here. 5 out of 5 stars.

Very resort like. You have a choice of pools, beautiful grounds. Condo well stocked with beginning supplies. Great spot to jump on the 101 and go anywhere in the city

Beautiful, clean & well furnished condo

We were very satisfied with the condo! It was clean, beds were comfortable and it had everything a person needed! It was so nice being able to park so close to the condo and it was great having a pool and hot tub just steps from the front door. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo!

Great place, but don't drive your RV there!

The condo and owners of the condo are excellent! ... Didn't know about RV parking restriction. Even though our Dodge Sprinter fit into a regular parking space, they are not allowed, so our first 2-3 weeks there were a little nerve-wracking while the owners persistently advocated with the management for us to be able to stay there . We didn't know if we were going to be "kicked out" and had no viable options so we worried.

best of all the previous 5 stays in the last 5 years, BY FAR!!

- condo layout was very convenient, lots of room for 4-6+ - loved the kitchen because we stayed 2 months and cooked alot, easy to work in, all equip. we needed (I wish I took the knives).Roomy dining room. All appliances in great shape, all were clean - king size bed in the master was super comfortable, slightly firm - living room had a nice layout,great TV and cable/streaming - loved the multiple pools, some winter heated, great (very close) hot tub - parking was no issue - very close to shopping and events; 6 minutes to freeway - Mimi and Eric went out of their way too accomodate our special requests as we went through a stem cell transplant THANK YOU TRULY !!

Relaxing Oasis

We enjoyed Scottsdale, the surrounding area, and the condo at the Racquet Club. The location was handy to points of interest and walking trails, and the neighbors were friendly. This VRBO was stocked the best with supplies of any we have stayed at. ........Ethel & Don

Great Scottsdale condo

We loved this place. The pools and courts were very convenient. We had endless hikes 15 minutes away. The condo has everything you need. The grounds are beautiful as well.

The condo was just lovely and very clean..

My husband and I stayed for the month of March and were sad to leave!! Everything was just what was promised and Mimi was so very pleasant whenever I spoke to her. Ideal Location

If you like the sights of Phoenix/Scottsdale or the golf in the valley or ease of access to just about anywhere, this is the perfect location. The condo was very nice, very clean and well provisioned. Probably most importantly, the owners are very responsive and easy to wok with. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Nice place and close to everything

This is the second time staying here and both visits have been great. The pool and hot tub are so nice and the grounds to walk around are really pretty- feels like a resort. Well stocked; kitchen items, towels, cleaning supplies and bedding. Very safe and so convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Mimi is so nice and everything went smoothly.

Great!

Great condo. Great complex. Great area. The owners are easy to work with--very pleasant and very organized. The property manager was also pleasant and efficient. The disposal broke, while we were there, and it was replaced within 2 hours.

My parent s bought this condo in the 80's and wintered here for years. We have many fond family memories visiting every year with the kids! My Mom died in 2008 and my Dad could no longer make the trip so my husband I bought it from my Dad and have been working at updating it.
We live in Seattle and have 3 grown children. We love to go to Scottsdale in the Fall and attend the University of Washington football games, Seahawk games, Play golf and just enjoy the Scottsdale area. Some day when we retire we would like to use the condo more.

Community activities, Swimming pools, Tennis, Racquet ball, Club house, Exercise room, Yoga, Aqua aerobics and much more. We have come here for years and it is home.

TopGolf driving range and just opened OdySea Aquarium, Hospital and Medical Building Within Walking Distance, 30 mile Walking -bike trail 1 mile from condo.Scottsdale Ranch Park and Lake Serena also just a mile away. TCP Open ten minutes away. Great location lots to do!
