Newly refurbished Bungalow located in Central Playa del Inglés boasting a massive community pool and 3 Bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people.

Perfect for families having all amenities on foot distance. Perfect location for this bungalow, only a few metres from Supermarkets, Restaurants and Shopping Centres.

This bungalow is doubtlessly ideal for our most demanding customers. Spacious kitchen, beautiful living room, air conditioning and wide gardened terrace counting on an outdoors shower and BBQ.

Fancy sunbathing on its large private solarium? or enjoying a meal outdoors on the terrace? We become speechless when we get to its impressive community pool (no sunbeds), where to have a swim and feel the benefits from a relax, family ambience.

** One child up to 2 years old stays free in a babycot, a highchair will also be provided (always on request)

** This property is located within a residential area, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**Late check in carry the following extra charges:

-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Brilliant stay

We had a fantastic time and will definitely be looking to book again in the future! The location was perfect, the villa was lovely and exactly what we wanted, and everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here, the private rooftop terrace was a winner for us and a very short walk to the pool. I was apprehensive about the lack of beds at the pool but the grass was actually very comfortable! Walkable to lots of great restaurants too.The accommodation itself had everything you could need, we didn’t have children with us on this occasion, but it was so well equipped for families! Really impressed. Would go back!

Having the roof terrace, garden and the pool was fantastic. Gave lots of choice and space to relax in. Great spot would happily return. It was enjoyed by a family of 5 giving plenty space for teenagers to have their own space.

Perfect for quiet stay with family

The house had everything that is needed for our family vacation of 3. Kitchen was very well equipped including lots of cooking ingredients. Towels and even beach towels were provided as well as beach chairs. It was very quiet and new furniture. Air conditioning were all in very new state. House is also nice decorated and not too much nor too little. Also lots of storage to hide away the bags etc. The house is in a very clean and beautiful gated community with huge pool. Palm trees everywhere. A cheap rental car helped us to get around and visit the amazing beaches that are around as well as the mountains. But one could also get around without a car.

👍 The location was perfect, it's a secure a quiet area. Well equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay 👎 The neighbours attached were extremely loud with no consideration for anyone else. No fault of the owners/management of the accommodation. We couldn't tell if they were weekenders or permanently residing but they definitely didn't consider anyone else banging and clattering around at all hours of the day which was a shame because the accommodation was lovely and the area peaceful. Our only negative about the place was we discovered 1 bathroom isn't enough. Again no reflection of the owners just a realisation for us we need more than one bathroom in future 😃

👍 Loved the bungalow, quiet and peaceful at night. Pool quiet, only residents, if 5 there at any one time that would be it. In walking distance of all the action in the yumbo centre and plays del Ingles if you want that also. Good security, gated community. Near two spars and hippodino just a bit further but can walk. Staff contactable at any time you could whatsapp or whatever and they come back within half hour sometimes faster 👎 If I was pushed the only tiny thing was no microwave but didnt really care after first day. The one unusual thing that happened the cleaner that came during the week took our duvets, dish clothes and left new duvet covers. Took us two days to find the duvets in press/wardrobe but no big deal and no harm done it was hot so no one cared.

Met zo'n ontvangst begin je al erg goed. Daarnaast was het appartement zelf ook heel erg schoon en modern ingericht. 👎 Niets - alles was top.
