The house is 2 minutes by car (1.2 kilometers) from Vourkari and is set on the top of a hill overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills and valleys.

The house, which is on one level, is very light and airy with a modern design. Outside there is a large terrace with various seating and dining areas, where one can sit and enjoy the view.
