French doors leading into the open plan living room/dining area, with an archway into the kitchen. The living area has a wood burner fire for those cooler months, corner settee, satellite TV in English or French and coffee table. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, washer, fridge-freezer, microwave and crockery.
Downstairs bedroom 1, which has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps,french doors leading into the garden.
Downstairs bathroom, which consists of wet room shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
First floor:-
Bedroom 2 which has double bed, bunk beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 3 which has two single beds. Bedside table with lamp.

The property is cleaned for your arrival and we do ask that you leave the property in a good clean tidy condition. An end of stay cleaning service can be arranged.

Outside there is private parking directly outside the property. A private area with table and chairs and BBQ. Access through a gate to the communal gardens where there is a communal swimming pool, which is fenced off with a secure gate for safety.
