Thanks for booking Villa Tupinetti. Sorry for pool problem due to the high temperature in October month that Pool Company didn't manage correctly and we agreed a compensation. We will check with pool tecnical what happened as in autumn it's easier to have a pool cleaned. Easier that in summer where we didn't have had problems. Deposit have been returned. Sometimes owner complete our control and ask for more checks before returning deposit. Sorry for little delay. We are on low season and holidays of part of our team, that's why you may have some delay on response. Hope you had a nice stay in Sitges. Weekly Villas

Hi Michal: We are a bit surprised by your review. At check.in your coment were "Villa perfect" about the villa, the day after check-in too, and on last day, our check-in manager came to check with you the villa and everything was OK. Then we have received some coments from your agency that your stay was not OK. It's important to inform us during your stay about any problem. So we can solve. It's true that Sitges is a bit a wet area, and about broken fixtures, nothing was comunicated. You have been in the pool machine area, which is not one are where you can access. Rgds. Weekly Villas

Unfortunately weather was not amazing on your dates, something unusual on this period, you should come back on summer to enjoy a really sunny and hot day. Its location 100 m from the beach and 800 m from the center of Sitges and the relation quality price of Villa Tupinetti make this villa one of the best villas of Sitges. Thank you for appreciating our good service with the water issue. We will take into account your comment about the hot water and we will fix it as soon as possible. We hope your stay has been pleasant, we hope to see you again in the future.
