We stayed at Magda’s house for 5 nights for a short break from work. The house is clean and the pool and view are excellent. The location is excellent with short drives 15-20 min to great restaurants in Port Fréjus and Les Issambres. The beaches are in walking distance and there’s a dog beach Les Esclamandes.

Outstanding poolside area

The house is located within a 15 minute walk of the town, a two minute walk to the beach and a six or eight minute drive to the beaches and cafes / restaurants of St. Aygulf which we have been to many times in the past. The beaches are still fantastically family friendly and very safe.Frejus and St. Raphael are 15 minutes drive away and provide beautiful views wonderful restaurants. The stroll from the house to the boulangerie is delightful and it’s easy to access the market which is on Tuesdays and Fridays walking the same route.The house is spacious with the most wonderful outside pool area we as a family have ever encountered. Monsieur Jarek ( the house keeper) deserve special mention for all of his attention and care and his really bad jokes that he translated from French to English using Google translate Magda and Mattieus, the owners, were extremely responsive and communicative throughout the whole process and we have had a lovely and relaxing holiday as a result.Would thoroughly recommend and truly we hope to return in the not too distant future.You may encounter a few wild boar that reside in the Woodlands around the residential area. This seems normal and the locals are quite cool with it.We had four or five sightings of these Wildbore ranging from babies to full grown adults and we never felt threatened in any anyway.

Great Vacation in a nice house!

We really loved our stay in this house. It was super clean, communication was great, super big pool etc. One downside is that can access two bedrooms only from a separate door outside and not from inside the house. Also one bedroom has no bed but only a sofa bed. The beach is also not 150m, at least not by foot, but we didn‘t go anyway because the pool was just too beautiful! You also need to know that bedsheets and towels are not included but cost extra per person. Overall we loved our stay and were sad to leave!

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool

Super Aufenthalt mit herrlichem Pool und Blick aufs Meer. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Der Hauseigentümer, sowie der Hausmeister waren telefonisch immer erreichbar. Nachts muss man etwas vorsichtig sein, da immer ein paar Wildschweine um die Anlage unterwegs sind.

What a wonderful stay

There were 6 of us and plenty of space. We spend most of our days outside, enjoying the yard, the pool, and the view. The view is phenomenal and the pool also a big win, especially during windy days. The Sea is only ca. 500 m away, and easy to get to on foot. The housekeeper is extremly helpful and nice. If there is ever a need, he will be there in a short amount of time to fix or help whatever the matter is. He even left us a bottle of Rosé that he knew we enjoyed from last year! The new coffee machine also made us quite happy! Lots of space for everybody and a big yard for the dog as well. We loved everything about the house and the stay and had the most wonderful time; we were only a little taken aback by the fact that you pay extra for bedding and towels considering the price of the house. All in all, a fantastic stay at a beautiful house that has all the things you need, in addition to stunning views and a pool.

Ruhiges Haus mit fantastischem Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen und man kann das Meer von der Terrasse sehen. Alle Räume im Haus sind frisch renoviert und wirklich sehr schön. Und der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Wir hatten Anfangs etwas Probleme mit einem Sonnenschirm und einem Vorhang. Das wurde aber vom Hausverwalter sehr schnell und nett gelöst. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für alle!

Eine hinreißende Aussicht mit einem schönen Pool. Eine sehr gute Lage, wo es in der nähe alles gab was man benötigt, von Geschäfte bis hin zu Attraktionen. Service Bereitschaft, waren kooperativ und sind unmittelbar auf weitere Wünsche eingegangen.

Top Urlaub

Wir haben im August 2022 mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder: 13 und 15) unseren Sommerurlaub in der Villa verbacht. Um es kurz zu machen: sehr empfehlenswert! Die Lager ist einfach super. Strände sind zu Fuß in rund 5 min einfach zu erreichen. Ein weiterer Sandstrand Richtung Cannes ist in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar, dort gute Parksituation (auch im August). Supermärkte, Bäckerei etc. gut erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haupthaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad und Gäste WC, Wohnraum und Küche, Das Obergeschoß ist über einen separaten Eingang (einmal um die Ecke, wenige Meter) zu erreichen und verfügt über ein Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat eine kleine Küchenzeile und einem schönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. "Separater Eingang" hört sich schlimmer an als es ist. Es ist wirklich kaum der Rede wert und hat uns nicht im mindesten gestört, das eigentliche Leben hat sich auf der Terasse und im Haupthaus abgespielt. Der Knaller ist der wirklich große Pool. Tiefe zwischen 90 cm und 2m. Ein Blick in google maps sagt alles. Die Aussenanlage ist gepflegt und es ist ausreichend Platz um zwei Autos gut unterzubringen. Zum Schluss zur Kommunikation mit den Vermietern: Das war schon beeindruckend. Egal, wann und weshalb wir die Vermieter kontaktiert haben, wir hatten spätestens nach 30 min ein Antwort. Entweder per WhatsApp oder aber direkt telefonisch. Da kann man nur sagen: Weiter so! Wie schon gesagt: Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Villa an guter Lage

Der Umschwung,die Villa und auch die Lage(Nahe am Meer,wunderschöne kleine Bucht)sind genial.Der Pool ist gegantisch. Die Räumlichkeiten sind grosszügig und sehr schön renoviert.Restaurants,Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr gute Busverbindungen bei der nahegelegenen Post.

Traumhafte Lage und fantastischer Pool

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit einer tollen Küche, modernen Badezimmern und geräumigem Wohnbereich in einer traumhaften Lage. Das Highlight ist der Aussenbereich mit dem großen Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic villa and home away from home

Me, my husband and our dog spend 10 days in this amazing villa and we absolutely loved every minute there! The house itself as well as the outside areas such as the beautiful and well-kept garden (perfect for dogs), the large pool (also very well-kept) and parking was everything we hoped for and even more. We only used the main house, but the upper part of the house also seemed like a very nice place to stay (newly renovated) and we would love to come back another time and bring additional family members. The house as well as the facilities were in good condition and the communication with the host was great. In short: everything was perfect and we can highly recommend this place!

Superlage; wunderschöne Aussicht…

Im Vorfeld hatten wir sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit Hr. Razka. Wir reisten zu Dritt mit Hund aus der Schweiz an. Das Haus ist mit allem Benötigten ausgestattet. Der untere Bereich ist modern und neu renoviert. Das Haus hat zusätzlich einen separaten Eingang um in im oberen Stockwerk gelegene zusätzliche Küche, Dusche/WC, Schlafzimmer zu gelangen. Dieser Teil wird im Dez. 21 einer Renovation unterzogen. Von der grossflächigen Terrasse im unteren Bereich und dem äusserst grossen Garten (vollständig umzäunt) besteht Meersicht. Den grossen Pool konnten wir, aufgrund der Jahreszeit, lediglich einmal benützen. Leider ist dieser Pool unbeheizt. Das Anwesen können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Das Fahrzeug kann, während dem Aufenthalt, im geschlossenen Grundstück parkiert werden. Bei Problemen ist der Hausmeister, Hr. Jarek, jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und in nützlicher Frist vor Ort. Wissenswertes: Bäckerei du soleil 900m entfernt und täglich von 06-20h geöffnet; Lebensmittelgeschäfte Casino und U-Express 1.2km entfernt und täglich Mo-Sa von 08-19.30h /So bis 13h geöffnet. Markt auf dem Dorfplatz ganzjährlich Di + Fr ab 07-13h. Alles in Distanz zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Ebenfalls diverse Restaurant im Dorf vorhanden. Der grosse Strand ist mit dem Fahrzeug in ca. 7min gut erreichbar (genügend Parkplätze vorhanden). Hunde teilweise erlaubt. Wir kommen wieder…

Erholsamer Aufenthalt, zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Die Beschreibung entspricht den Verhältnissen vor gut und umfassend. Der renovierte Wohnungsteil im EG ist sehr gepflegt. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr und Zubehör inkl. Sandwitchtoaster und Mixer. Auf der Terrasse genügend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten inkl. Pergolla und Gasgrill. Großer Pool mit toller Aussicht. Renoviertes Badezimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss ist leider etwas weniger gut in Schuss, vor allem das Bad. Die Küche ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben diese nicht genutzt, von daher kein Problem. Dafür gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Elektrik ist sehr minimalistisch, im Hinblick auf die Steckdosen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, jedoch ab 22.00 Uhr mit geöffnetem Fenster waren die Temperaturen o.k., trotz Tagestemperaturen um die 30° Plus. Strände, Lokale, Supermärkte sind mit dem PKW in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, zu Fuß zum Bäcker ca. 10 Minuten. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, viel grün. Testzentrum in der Apotheke im Ort gegen Gebühr. Weitere in der Umgebung. Der Hausmeister spricht sehr gut deutsch. Kommunikation im Vorfeld sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen hoffentlich einmal wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub in schönem Ambiente

Wir waren mit 5 Freundinnen in dem Domizil, es sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Besonders der Pool war unser Highlight. Badezimmer und Küche sind renoviert und waren sehr sauber. Wir können dieses Haus für alle empfehlen, die einen entspannten Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur machen wollen.

Herrliche Terrasse und Pool! Alles vorhanden! Die Überwartungen sind übertroffen worden! Wir wussten, dass die Einrichtung älter ist, doch das Leben spielt sich im Aussenbereich ab und der war mit Pool phantastisch! Jederzeit wieder!

Belle demeure laissée à l’abandon

Peu d’explication à l’arrivée. Découverte d’une maison peu propre avec des sanitaires en partie non fonctionnels, éclairage extérieur pauvre par mansueto d’ampoules voir fils à nus. Poubelles non vidées . Réservation pour 7 Mais maison préparée pour 6! Tentative de mail avec correspondant sans réponse jusqu’a La fin du séjour ...... En conclusion une belle maison qui donne l’impression d’être laissée à l’abandon mais avec une belle piscine et une belle vue Jardin mal entretenu

Traumhafte Lage, Traumhafter Außenbereich

Wir waren im Juni/Juli 2019 in diesem Haus. Negativ: -Teilweise Renovierungsbedarf (allen voran die Bäder) -nicht zu 100% sauber (Wir mussten nach Ankunft erstmal saugen und das Geschirr spülen bevor wir uns wohlfühlen konnten) Positiv: -Lage, Lage, Lage! Das Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar und der wunderbare Hauptstrand mit sauberen, feinkörnigem Sand innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto -Außenbereich: Der Pool ist riesig, der Ausblick atemberaubend und nicht verbaut! -Kommunikation + Gastfreundlichkeit: Wir wurden mit unseren sechs Hunden ohne Zögern aufgenommen. Die Übergabe lief ohne Probleme und der Verwalter spricht sehr gutes Deutsch. Fazit: Glamour ist hier auf Grund des Hauses sicher nicht angesagt. Die Lage und der Außenbereich kann darüber aber hinwegtrösten. Aufgrund des Preises reicht es auch noch für vier Sterne. Wenn es etwas teurer gewesen wäre, würde ich insgesamt eher drei Sterne wählen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, auch weil der Verwalter bereits Renovierungsarbeiten angekündigt hat.
