4/5Overall, we had a positive stay at the villa. The view over the Golfe de Saint‑Tropez from the terrace, living room, kitchen, and main bedroom is truly beautiful. The short walk through the botanical garden to the beach is very pleasant, and the house offers all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including a great terrace barbecue and an outdoor shower. Parking for two small vehicles is convenient, and the residence itself is well maintained and feels safe. However, the villa does not have air‑conditioning, which made the nights quite difficult during the heat. The property could also benefit from a light refresh. Our check‑in was a bit rough, as the housekeeper had forgotten to turn on the hot water. We were also surprised to discover that the villa has four levels, with both bathrooms located on different floors from the bedrooms, and staircases without balustrades. Traveling with two small children and a senior made this layout challenging and concerning. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the villa offers good value for the area.
