HOLIDAY HOUSE CALIPSO

Holiday House Calypso is a splendid multi-storey villa. E 'of about 150 square meters with large balconies, terrace above and large outdoor garden with a large barbecue in cement and comfortable table for evenings. The house is comfortable for 12 guests divided into five rooms with double beds, single and bunk of various types. Tv in the lounge there is a comfortable sofa with individual seats. We are in Via Cardi snc (Piazzale S. Laura, 31 - GPS coordinates 41. 261 860, 13 434 305), a few steps from the sea and from the center. The location of the house is fantastic and about 500 meters away are the beach club La Lanterna included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the town market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more.
Entering the house we find a nice living room and fully functional with all accessories, sofa and armchairs and a flat screen TV. Following a large and comfortable kitchen, it includes a huge extendable dining table depending on the guests in the house. E 'equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, oven, fridge freezer, etc. The kitchen leads through a beautiful French door to the garden area where you will enjoy a drink with friends or relax in the sun on a comfortable bed. On the kitchen floor we find a large complete bathroom.
Going up a plan before we get to the sleeping area. There is a double bedroom with king size bed and ample closet space, with balcony and window and a pleasant room for 3 boys also with windows. On this level there is a further full bathroom. Going up another level we find a room full of everything and with two single beds pushed together to form a comfortable double From this room, out on the terrace the view is wonderful. From floor entrance / kitchen you can move down a level and find another bathroom with a large sleeping area. A bed, 3 single beds, play corner make for a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are large enough to fit a cot.
Villa Calipso is newly built and everything is new, from the plants, to TV, to mobile. The rooms of the house are equipped with radiators for winter periods and free air conditioning for the hottest days of the summer. The outdoor garden is very convenient for children's games, to enjoy relaxation before and after the sea and for dinners with barbecued meat or fish in company. Only one parking space is included but right in front of the house there is a large municipal parking lot. Also this Villa, as all Our homes, the beach club included in the price and within walking distance.

Extra charges
Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 nights a weekly linen change will be made.
It is included beach service at the La Lanterna bathing establishment which is best served by Sperlonga for families. Here it will be at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 beds + 1 folding chair. The plant is central to the country and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.
The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n. 100

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax came into force, fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Check-in extra time:
We demand an extra € 30. 00 for check-in times are from 20. 00 onwards.
A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:
- arrival time in Sperlonga,
- specific requests
- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!
- we can arrange private transportation to and from the airport
We can meet the following requests if you need them:

- guided tours of Sperlonga and surroundings and entrance tickets for the main attractions

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is expected by 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra fee of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.

A ride around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The country owes its picturesque structure to the need to put up a defense system against pirates that raged on the sea. Besides a clean and clear sea, awarded for years with the symbol of Blù Flag and a beach with fine sand in which large and small are enthusiastic, there is the old town with narrow medieval streets with artisans' workshops and shops of every kind . The Piazzetta in the historical center is an evening meeting for a pleasant walk or a glass with friends. A few steps down the walk we find the Belvedere which is wonderful. Beware you might fall in love even more. Nearby, about 1 km we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Cave of Tiberius where they are on display important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Cave of Tiberius found in the 60's. The emperor Tiberius liked to spend his holidays divided trà the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Beautiful is also Torre Truglia overlooking overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It 'important to remember that everything is accessible on foot or by bike through a modern bike path. A few kilometers away so many countries and historical locations to know and visit: ancient maritime city Gaeta, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Funds, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and the Cyclopean walls, Cassino to the famous Abbey, and so much more.

How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, one must enter Sperlonga on the side towards Terracina. A few meters from the roundabout that takes you to leave the SS Flacca, continue on to visit you on Via Cristoforo Colombo Aubiere. At the bottom turn left and you are in Via Valle. At the end of the street, turn around the square and Santa Laura You will find yourself in front of Villa Calypso. Arriving by train is the most functional station Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary by taxi and bus transportation to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
