The bottom floor is occupied and on-site property management service is included. Breathtaking lake and territorial views are available from almost every room. This 2400 sqft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath retreat includes a large kitchen and breakfast nook with a 200 degree view of the lake. There is ample living and dining space. The master suite features access to the balcony and the bath has double vanity, a jetted tub and acres of counter space. Wifi, internet service and cable are all included. In front there’s plenty of parking and a private drive. There is a large hot tub on the patio and natural gas grills on both the patio and balcony. For your use on the dock are a rowboat, kayak, paddleboard, and pedal boat. There is a public boat launch on the lake should you chose to bring your boat. Go out on the lake or fish off the dock and enjoy the view. There is also a large playhouse in the back yard for kids.
