Superb renovation of an old stone house whose oldest parts date back over two centuries.
It is a 150m2 house with a 750m2 garden, situated in quiet, near the Arcachon basin in a small hamlet between the towns halls and Mios. It is ideal for families with its walled garden, portico, trampoline. In the forest boundary, it also exits walk on foot or by bike without taking the car.
Its location is perfect for both discover Bordeaux (25 min) but also to enjoy the ocean beaches (Biscarosse 30 min), the Arcachon Bay (30 min) or Sanguinet Lake (20 min) ideal for children very young. highway access 10 minutes to A63 and A660. Access to towns or Hall of Mios 5 minutes by car.

The house is scheduled for 9 people including 6 adults maximum. 3 adults double bedrooms, 1 children room with pull-out bed (2 single beds), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed sleeping loft (possibility extra bed child under mattress height). (All bedrooms are upstairs except for 1 adult room.)
Equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. 2 toilets (1 upstairs).
2 terraces: 1 large covered terrace facing the garden with barbecue and plancha and 1 small terrace kitchen side
Most children:
- A multitude of Playmobil, Lego, games, comics ... We ask to take care and keep them stored and arrival.
- Movies and cartoons with a DVD player.
- For athletes, a table tennis table with rackets and balls and table football.
- The trampoline "giant" and the portico in the garden.
The house cat is still there but lives outside in an old barn; he asks just croquettes (provided) and hugs ...
We do not smoke in the house and we do not go upstairs because of the floor.
