This enchanting house is set in a 4 hectares estate, and is fully integrated in this beautiful protected area, where building is very restricted. It is the last property before Sesimbra Castle and only at about 500mt from the well known fishermen's town of Sesimbra. It is an excellent choice to lovers of nature, both the countryside and the sea. Privacy is guaranteed by the extensiveness of the property and its position. The house is 1000mt from the sea, which you can view and smell everywhere. Although the property and the houses are private and isolated, all the amenities of the local village of Sesimbra are only 1km away, making your purchases and local restaurant trips very quick.
And of course we have a beautiful terrace with a barbecue.

Beaches & Nautical sports: "Praia de Sesimbra" the nearest beach walking distance from the house; 'Praia da Foz' is a fine sand beach, only 6 km away by car, it is a beautiful unspoiled beach surrounded by cliffs. You can also find the beach “Praia das Bicas”, popular for surfing, and 'Praia Rio da Prata'. further south you'll discover the largest and main beach “Praia do Meco” with three miles of white sand and beautiful cliffs. This is the most uninhibited and naturist beach in Portugal. Praia do Meco is so long that if you walk long enough you will always find an uncrowded spot.
Gastronomy, wine tasting and other activities: In a country with such an extensive coastline, it is not surprising that the sea should be one of the main sources of its cuisine. In the many restaurants of Meco, Sesimbra or Setubal, sample all sorts of the most fresh and delicious grilled fish and the best seafood, such as clams, mussels or shrimps.
