Welcome to Villa Serena, an oasis of calm and boho-chic style located in a quiet residential area, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying unforgettable holidays. Just 3.5 km from the serene Cala Canyelles and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most picturesque and charming towns on the Costa Brava, this villa perfectly combines tranquillity, comfort, and proximity to the wonders of the coast.



Designed for the rest and comfort of up to 6 people, Villa Serena has been recently renovated, is distributed over two floors and has 130 m² of living space surrounded by 750 m² of land, offering spacious and cosy spaces to relax as a family. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, both with access to the terrace and garden, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms have been carefully decorated with taste, creating a perfect environment for guests to rest. Each room has a ceiling or tower fan to cool down at night or during the day. On the ground floor, there are two washrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. Both have electric towel rails to dry towels.



On the upper floor is a bright living room with a fireplace, TV and a terrace with mountain views; everything decorated with elegant, carefully selected details that create a welcoming and harmonious space. The open kitchen has been recently renovated and combines functionality and style, being equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably (Nespresso coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, electric kettle etc...). Always on the upper floor is a toilet and a laundry room.



The exterior of Villa Serena is a true charm surrounded by nature and tranquillity. The private pool invites you to cool off under the Mediterranean sun, while the garden furnished with umbrellas and wooden sunbeds offers spaces to create special family moments. The villa's charm is completed with a lovely barbecue area, which includes a wooden table and a new barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners on warm summer nights. Additionally, it has external parking for greater convenience.



Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.



Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches.



Pets not allowed.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair



Groups of young people not allowed.

This property is only for families. Bookings for individuals under 35 years old are not accepted.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
