A superb two-bedroom lodge, the Lake Cottage nestles amongst woodlands overlooking a private lake.

Designed with every comfort in mind, the luxury accommodation of this romantic holiday cottage is more a country home with its unique décor. Whether you’re a couple, an individual seeking solitude, or a group of friends, you will find the cottage a perfect private getaway.

The Lake Cottage features wooden floors, a large open plan kitchen and dining area, and tasteful bedrooms and bathrooms.

The dining room comes with an open fireplace, huge flat screen cable TV, large sofa and armchair. It opens out to a large verandah and your own private hot tub. The Lake Cottage also offers an incredible outdoor fireplace overlooking a magnificent private lake, where you might glimpse our resident swans, eagles, or deer that come grazing during the twilight hours.

Our luxury accommodation will leave you rested and rejuvenated for another day of exciting outdoor adventure that awaits you. The Lake Cottage offers a pair of spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, top quality linens and cozy comforters.

The master bedroom comes with a comfortable california king-size bed with a superb bathroom complete with bath and separate three-head stone shower. It’s no surprise that visitors to the cottage return time and time again to this very special romantic holiday cottage.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom.


Property Policies:
Children
All guests must be at least 12 years of age or older to stay at Meemo’s Farm.
The minimum age for Wing- shooting and Clay Shooting is 12 years or older. All hunters must have passed a hunters safety course. There are no children activities

Smoking
All the accommodations at Meemo’s Farm are smoke-free, including e-cigarettes. Violations of these restrictions will result in a $250.00 deep cleaning fee.

Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of a reservation including taxes is due at time of booking to confirm a reservation.
Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

61 days or more: Full Refund of Deposit, Less a 10% Processing Fee
30 to 60 days: 50% of Deposit
15 – 29 days: No refund on deposit
1- 14 days: Full reservation rate will be charged
Meemos Farm reserves the right not to provide exemptions from the cancellation policy above for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, travel delays or any other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to your stay

Payment
The balance is due by credit card , cash or check at time of departure . Guests are responsible for payment of total package booked regardless of late arrival or early departure

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM EST.
A valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation and intended form of payment must be present at check in. Credit cards must match the form of payment provided at the time of booking.
Checkout time is 11:00 AM EST.
Late Check In: Please note, arrivals after 8pm will incur a $50 late check in fee.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy
Early check-in or late checkout requests will be accommodated when available and will incur an additional cost. Please check with Front Desk to confirm availability.
Travel Insurance
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance to protect your investment once accepting the terms & conditions of Meemo’s Farm’s cancellation policy by executing a reservation.

Dietary Restrictions
Let us know of any special dietary restrictions or preferences in advance of your arrival so our culinary staff can plan your meals accordingly

Medical Needs
Please notify us of any personal; medical needs, specifically, we need to know about heart conditions , diabetes, asthma, food or insect allergies and any physical activity limitations

Animals
We are unable to host dogs within any of our accommodations. Please inquire about kennel boarding availability for guests traveling with dogs. Please note, our boarding facility is in high demand, advanced reservations are required.

Alcoholic Beverages
Due to State liquor license restrictions, we are unable to provide alcoholic beverages. However, you are most welcome to bring your own
No alcohol may be consumed before or during any activity such as Hunts, shooting, ATV and paintball

Any package(s) shipped to Meemos must be addressed to the guest listed on their individual reservation. For any item(s) shipped by the Meemo’s Farm, guests are responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $20.00 handling fee.
