The unit had a strong odor like Grandma's basement - to the point that I left after the first day and did not return. The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. No shampoo or conditioner; only tiny bars of cake soap. There was a black female hair in the bathtub when I arrived (see pictures). There is nothing good to say about this place other than the location. It's less expensive than other places but even then not worth it. Don't waste your money.

Great place to stay! Clean linens, fresh towels, and plenty of beds for our three kids. This unit has easy access to the beach and super convenient access the main freeway. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quick quaint getaway! The address on the check in instructions is wrong - navigate to pinnacle port!

Great place to stay

This was my first trip to Florida, and this condo was perfect. Right on the beach, excellent views, and very clean. I will definitely recommend this to others, and hope to stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

Single dad brought two teenage daughters for a week. I was a little concerned we may be cramped but the layout gave each of us our own space. We always stay at Pinnacle Port because of the location. The host was so accommodating and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again and the price was by far the fairest I found. We couldnā€™t get the TVs to work but I think it was the batteries in remotes but we didnā€™t come to watch TV anyway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is in need of some serious upgrades. The entire unit is very dated. The AC is very weak and had a hard time keeping up with temps in the mid 80ā€™s. The inside looks like it hasnā€™t had any upgrades in the last 10 years with lots of cosmetic issues. However this was probably the cheapest unit I found at Pinnacle Port so if youā€™re looking for a bargain unit than this is it. Nothing special especially if youā€™re looking for a cheap getaway at a nice resort with lots of amenities. Also be mindful that access to the resort is not included in the price. Also this unit is in DESPERATE need for a deep cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying at Pinnacle Port, we absolutely love the location. Kids love to play at the inlet and catch crabs. Shells are everywhere, I have never seen so many shell's or whole ones at that. During the summer months you don't have to wake at 5am in order to get a beach setup area, with this being the only condominium complex in the area there is plenty of beach area available. This has became our most favorite condominium in PCB out of the 15yrs we have been staying in PCB.

It's not close to the more crowded area, and a quick drive to pier park, and all the good restaurants and attractions. Tower Unit 710 is where we stayed this visit. We don't believe the unit was cleaned before our arrival, as my daughter claimed the floor "seasoned her feet". The hot water in the shower downstairs doesn't work. The mirrors everywhere did make the place seem larger, but the 80's have been over for over 35 years. We'll always come back, maybe not to this unit though.

Affordable place for your small family

Iā€™d definitely stay here again. If youā€™re looking for a nice affordable place to bring your family to the beach, Iā€™d recommend; king bed downstairs, sofa bed could sleep at least 3 kids, twin bed & trundle a few more kids. Many pluses include; the views are gorgeous, spacious living room, spacious master, with a beautiful ocean view. Seagrove followed up with us assuring our stay was pleasant. Itā€™s a nice place, but does need a few updates, FYI; -The upstairs shower is a bit tricky & not marked. When looking at the handles, the left handle is the hot, the right is cold. The left handle needs to be turned on & left on for several minutes before you get hot water, then slowly adjust the cold. The step into this shower needs repaired. -The downstairs tub is chipped & needs repaired. -Toilet seats need replaced. -If youā€™re a single serve coffee fan, you need to bring your own, they just have a standard coffee pot. -The kitchen sink is a bar sink, not a full size. -There needs to be a mop & mop bucket for mishaps. -Youā€™ll need to bring your Keurig or single serve coffee maker, crock pot or instant pot, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, as there isnā€™t any. These are just a few things to make you aware & if youā€™ve stayed in other units, these things are usually there. Again, I just wanted you to be aware. Itā€™s still a nice comfortable unit with extra sheets & blankets, nice new clean white bathroom towels! I highly recommend Seagrove!šŸ¤—

Amazing View

The pictures online did not show the amazing views from the condo! Condo was dated but comfortable. Light bulbs were missing from some lamps and outlets were loose so dryers, etc did not stay plugged in. The sliding doors to the washer/dryer would not stay on the tracks and was hard to manage. The elevators were in bad need of repair which is not your fault; but it caused us some problems being on the 7th floor and only 1 elevator was working at times. Overall, it was great because of the location close the beach and the view out of every window!

Reviewer Comments: We decided we'd make the best of it since we booked last minute and knew we were getting what was left...The unit is beaten up but was surface clean enough for us to stay ie. clean sheets, counter tops and towels, but the baseboards and bathroom fans were icky, the upstairs toilet wobbled like a rocky horse, the kitchen was sparsely accommodated and washing the cookie sheet was a frustration for there's only a small bar sink... The property management company contacted us both times the building turned the water off for repairs and was friendly. I didn't complain to them about the lack of maintenance, we were tired and just needed a rest. We liked the beach access and area. We often visit this beach and will return in another unit, but not this one.

We love how Pinnacle Port is secluded from all the high rises leaving finding a place on the beach a breeze. You also get views of the beach and lake. This condoā€™s balcony is on the lake side however you can still view the beach from the windows in the kitchen and main bedroom.

Water temperature and Pressure

The water pressure was low and getting the right temperature setting to shower was almost impossible. There was possibly mold on the bathroom ceiling and spiders inside and bugs on the balcony.
