Great place to stay

This was my first trip to Florida, and this condo was perfect. Right on the beach, excellent views, and very clean. I will definitely recommend this to others, and hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay! Clean linens, fresh towels, and plenty of beds for our three kids. This unit has easy access to the beach and super convenient access the main freeway. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quick quaint getaway! The address on the check in instructions is wrong - navigate to pinnacle port!

Great location

Our family had a great time. The location is great, the pool was great. The condo is a little outdated but we didn’t mind especially for the price. We would definitely rent again.

Very plesant trip

We enjoyed our long weekend in your beautiful condo. It was perfect for our family. We always love Pinnacle Port and the convenience to the beach and the security and family atmosphere. We will surely be back.

The unit had a strong odor like Grandma's basement - to the point that I left after the first day and did not return. The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. No shampoo or conditioner; only tiny bars of cake soap. There was a black female hair in the bathtub when I arrived (see pictures). There is nothing good to say about this place other than the location. It's less expensive than other places but even then not worth it. Don't waste your money.

Exceeded expectations

Single dad brought two teenage daughters for a week. I was a little concerned we may be cramped but the layout gave each of us our own space. We always stay at Pinnacle Port because of the location. The host was so accommodating and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again and the price was by far the fairest I found. We couldn’t get the TVs to work but I think it was the batteries in remotes but we didn’t come to watch TV anyway.

Loved the location and closeness to hitting the beach!!!

Overall we loved our stay. Condo was comfortable. Only negative things would be sometimes wait time for the elevator and parking. We got lucky and always found a parking spot, but others were not as lucky. The pool closing at 7:30 was a huge disappointment for the teens with us. I would definitely stay at his property again in the future.

We love how Pinnacle Port is secluded from all the high rises leaving finding a place on the beach a breeze. You also get views of the beach and lake. This condo’s balcony is on the lake side however you can still view the beach from the windows in the kitchen and main bedroom.

Convenient but needs a good cleaning

We love this complex and it's proximity to the sand! We like being on the quiet side of PCB. This unit fit our family's needs for the most part. It was a short visit so we didn't plan on cooking meals. The kitchen is very small and the sink is much smaller than I expected, but if you aren't cooking much, it is fine. The main reason for an overall 3 rating is the cleanliness. This unit needs a deep cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying at Pinnacle Port, we absolutely love the location. Kids love to play at the inlet and catch crabs. Shells are everywhere, I have never seen so many shell's or whole ones at that. During the summer months you don't have to wake at 5am in order to get a beach setup area, with this being the only condominium complex in the area there is plenty of beach area available. This has became our most favorite condominium in PCB out of the 15yrs we have been staying in PCB.

Water temperature and Pressure

The water pressure was low and getting the right temperature setting to shower was almost impossible. There was possibly mold on the bathroom ceiling and spiders inside and bugs on the balcony.
