THE UNIT HAS BEEN RECENTLY REMODELED WITH TILE FLOORS,NEW KITCHEN .IT COMES FULLY EQUIPPED WITH D/W, WASHER/DRYER AND LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED, ALSO HAS 3 FLAT SCREEN T.V.s. 2 BATHS WITH SHOWERS (ONE WITH TUB). Great location

Our family had a great time. The location is great, the pool was great. The condo is a little outdated but we didn’t mind especially for the price. We would definitely rent again.

Very plesant trip

We enjoyed our long weekend in your beautiful condo. It was perfect for our family. We always love Pinnacle Port and the convenience to the beach and the security and family atmosphere. We will surely be back.

Would not stay in this condo again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in process was easy. Condo overall not in good condition. Electrical outlets were loose and plugs would not stay in. Wall moulding broken in several places. Saw roaches every day. Upstairs toilet loose and dirty. Utility room doors broken and overall dirty.

Loved the location and closeness to hitting the beach!!!

Overall we loved our stay. Condo was comfortable. Only negative things would be sometimes wait time for the elevator and parking. We got lucky and always found a parking spot, but others were not as lucky. The pool closing at 7:30 was a huge disappointment for the teens with us. I would definitely stay at his property again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Pinnacle Port. Some may say it’s a little dated but you can tell this condo is well taken care of. We love how Pinnacle Port is secluded from all the high rises leaving finding a place on the beach a breeze. You also get views of the beach and lake. This condo’s balcony is on the lake side however you can still view the beach from the windows in the kitchen and main bedroom.

Amazing view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying at Pinnacle Port, we absolutely love the location. Kids love to play at the inlet and catch crabs. Shells are everywhere, I have never seen so many shell's or whole ones at that. During the summer months you don't have to wake at 5am in order to get a beach setup area, with this being the only condominium complex in the area there is plenty of beach area available. This has became our most favorite condominium in PCB out of the 15yrs we have been staying in PCB.

You get what you pay for

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is in need of some serious upgrades. The entire unit is very dated. The AC is very weak and had a hard time keeping up with temps in the mid 80’s. The inside looks like it hasn’t had any upgrades in the last 10 years with lots of cosmetic issues. However this was probably the cheapest unit I found at Pinnacle Port so if you’re looking for a bargain unit than this is it. Nothing special especially if you’re looking for a cheap getaway at a nice resort with lots of amenities. Also be mindful that access to the resort is not included in the price. Also this unit is in DESPERATE need for a deep cleaning.

Convenient but needs a good cleaning

We love this complex and it's proximity to the sand! We like being on the quiet side of PCB. This unit fit our family's needs for the most part. It was a short visit so we didn't plan on cooking meals. The kitchen is very small and the sink is much smaller than I expected, but if you aren't cooking much, it is fine. The main reason for an overall 3 rating is the cleanliness. This unit needs a deep cleaning.

Water temperature and Pressure

The water pressure was low and getting the right temperature setting to shower was almost impossible. There was possibly mold on the bathroom ceiling and spiders inside and bugs on the balcony.

Amazing View

The pictures online did not show the amazing views from the condo! Condo was dated but comfortable. Light bulbs were missing from some lamps and outlets were loose so dryers, etc did not stay plugged in. The sliding doors to the washer/dryer would not stay on the tracks and was hard to manage. The elevators were in bad need of repair which is not your fault; but it caused us some problems being on the 7th floor and only 1 elevator was working at times. Overall, it was great because of the location close the beach and the view out of every window!

The unit itself needs an update.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been going to Pinnacle Port since 2010. It's not close to the more crowded area, and a quick drive to pier park, and all the good restaurants and attractions. Tower Unit 710 is where we stayed this visit. We don't believe the unit was cleaned before our arrival, as my daughter claimed the floor "seasoned her feet". The hot water in the shower downstairs doesn't work. The mirrors everywhere did make the place seem larger, but the 80's have been over for over 35 years. We'll always come back, maybe not to this unit though.

Reviewer Comments: We decided we'd make the best of it since we booked last minute and knew we were getting what was left...The unit is beaten up but was surface clean enough for us to stay ie. clean sheets, counter tops and towels, but the baseboards and bathroom fans were icky, the upstairs toilet wobbled like a rocky horse, the kitchen was sparsely accommodated and washing the cookie sheet was a frustration for there's only a small bar sink... The property management company contacted us both times the building turned the water off for repairs and was friendly. I didn't complain to them about the lack of maintenance, we were tired and just needed a rest. We liked the beach access and area. We often visit this beach and will return in another unit, but not this one.

Affordable place for your small family

I’d definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a nice affordable place to bring your family to the beach, I’d recommend; king bed downstairs, sofa bed could sleep at least 3 kids, twin bed & trundle a few more kids. Many pluses include; the views are gorgeous, spacious living room, spacious master, with a beautiful ocean view. Seagrove followed up with us assuring our stay was pleasant. It’s a nice place, but does need a few updates, FYI; -The upstairs shower is a bit tricky & not marked. When looking at the handles, the left handle is the hot, the right is cold. The left handle needs to be turned on & left on for several minutes before you get hot water, then slowly adjust the cold. The step into this shower needs repaired. -The downstairs tub is chipped & needs repaired. -Toilet seats need replaced. -If you’re a single serve coffee fan, you need to bring your own, they just have a standard coffee pot. -The kitchen sink is a bar sink, not a full size. -There needs to be a mop & mop bucket for mishaps. -You’ll need to bring your Keurig or single serve coffee maker, crock pot or instant pot, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, as there isn’t any. These are just a few things to make you aware & if you’ve stayed in other units, these things are usually there. Again, I just wanted you to be aware. It’s still a nice comfortable unit with extra sheets & blankets, nice new clean white bathroom towels! I highly recommend Seagrove!🤗
