The rental is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am. For different needs please contact us by phone.
The price includes all utilities: water, gas, electricity, WIFI, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Gas for heating 15 euros per day.
The apartment is approximately 80 m2 and is located on the ground floor of a 2-storey house.
Once you arrive on site, you walk along a path adorned with flowers that leads to the large 90 m2 terrace. from where a wonderful view of the village opens up.
The apartment consists of a large kitchen with living room equipped with a double sofa bed with TV, 2 double bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other service with WC; and there is no shortage of conveniences such as dishwasher and washing machine. The entire space is covered by free WIFI with a speed of 100 mb/s
In summer, it will be a pleasure to spend hours on the large terrace dedicated to tanning or consuming delicious lunches based on grilled meat or fish, prepared with the barbecue on the terrace, or sipping a good glass of wine and admiring a wonderful sunset on the Mediterranean bush. And for those who love four-legged friends, it's not a problem, the open spaces are protected by gates, you can stay calm while your "friends" go wild in games and whirlwind races.
The location is strategic, in fact just a few kilometers away you can access both brand new golf courses and the new longest cycle path in Europe, from where the Giro d'Italia also started. Nearby there are both equipped and free beaches, tennis courts, paddle courts, paths for trekking or cycling.
Moving about 24 km we arrive in Sanremo, home of songs and the Festival, and an important Casino, we can then continue to Monte Carlo, the pearl of France.
