This newly furnished ground floor apartment close to all amenities, spacious lounge and dining area, 2 large sofas (one being a sofa bed), flat screen t.v with UK channels plus wifi throughout, large outside dining area which includes a large table with 8 chairs, sun loungers for all guests. The outside area has a small gated entrance to the pool plus private gardens to side and front of the apartment which enables you to catch the sun all day long. Kitchen has a separate outside utitlity room complete with washing machine, portable clothes drier, outside sink and hot water cylinder. The kitchen itself has all the facilities you would find in your own kitchen at home

The apartment rates are based on a total of 6 persons, however it can sleep a maximum of 8, should you wish to use the sofa bed an additional charge of £100will be applied per week in peak season.
