The property is situated Residencial Benvinguts complex which is next to the David Ferrer tennis club, we also have other rentals available in the Arenal area all of which have excellent reviews. One being situated next to this complex which could in total cater for large bookings, 16no in total.
This newly furnished ground floor apartment close to all amenities, spacious lounge and dining area, 2 large sofas (one being a sofa bed), flat screen t.v with UK channels plus wifi throughout, large outside dining area which includes a large table with 8 chairs, sun loungers for all guests. The outside area has a small gated entrance to the pool plus private gardens to side and front of the apartment which enables you to catch the sun all day long. Kitchen has a separate outside utitlity room complete with washing machine, portable clothes drier, outside sink and hot water cylinder. The kitchen itself has all the facilities you would find in your own kitchen at home

Included in the price of your stay is all bed linen, bath and hand towels
Individually controlled hot and cold A/C in all rooms. Underground secure parking.


The apartment rates are based on a total of 6 persons, however it can sleep a maximum of 8, should you wish to use the sofa bed an additional charge of £90 will be applied per week in peak season.

This is an immaculate property with everything purchased recently.

The property is well situated for the Arenal beach Amenities and also the Port is on a 15 minute walk and in the summer months you can enjoy the beach bars on your walk

Wonderful apartment in great location

Apartment is modern and spacious with lovely private enclosed garden with direct access to pool. It really has everything you would need with plenty of chairs and loungers for all guests. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended ground floor apartment

Apartment and complex were very clean and catered for all our needs. Just a 10 minute stroll away from the main beach area but also found some wonderful restaurants very close by. Highly recommend La Plaza No. 6 Communication with the Debbie and Martin was prompt and efficient. Thank you

Perfect Holiday Accommodation

The property was ideal for our group of four adults and two teenage boys. It is spacious and well laid out. Easy access to the pool and the short walk to padel courts, beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets ticked all our boxes! The kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment is clean and in good condition. Doors from each bedroom into the garden were a great bonus as well. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this accommodation 😊

Finding the apartment was confusing as the actual name of the apartments was missing on the final directions and the apartment was listed as No.10 not No. 1.. The garage space was too small for most cars but in early June we had no problem parking in the road outside. The swimming pool was lovely but beware the tiles around it are lethal with wet feet. The grass area outside the apartment was unusable scrubland and fake grass might be a good idea but the patio was large and often shaded so great for all the family. Minor gripes aside, the apartment and location with the gently sloping beach ideal for young children, it is an ideal spot for families with young children.

La limpieza sobre todo de los baños deja mucho que desear. El agua de las duchas se sale e inunda el suelo. No hay cortinas en las ventanas para vestirse hay que cerrar la persiana para que no te vean. Las televisiones solo canales ingleses

Muy buen sitio cerca de la playa

EL apartamento está muy bien. Cerca de la playa, con piscina y está muy bien. Tiene de todo. El dueño responde muy bien y siempre está atento. Lo único, la plaza de garaje es pequeña y un poco complicada de aparcar, se debería de indicar, pero fuera no hay mucho problema de aparcamiento, por lo menos en julio. Por lo demás está muy bien, la piscina es muy buena y el acceso al apartamento es bueno.

Lovely apartment

Enjoyed our stay and being on the ground floor with a small private garden and close to the pool was most enjoyable. Just one negative point is obtaining the keys, we were dropped off by taxi at the apartment had to leave someone with the luggage while having quite a walk to pick up keys from a key safe. If it's your first visit to the area you may find this a little bit of a hindrance. But apart from that no faults at all.

The Perfect Family Holiday in Javea

This was our first time in this property, and although we already had good vibes through our communication with Martin, the owner, we were delighted to find that it exceeded all of our expectations for a diverse family group. To explain, my wife and I travelled out with our son, our daughter and her husband, and their two sons of 4 years and 9 months. Although we arrived late at night, entry was easy and it didn't take long for us to organise sleeping arrangements thanks to our advance correspondence with Martin. The welcome liquid refreshments found in the fridge were particularly welcome, and much enjoyed, after a tiring day's travelling - thank you! When we woke up in the morning, and we had time to explore the apartment and surroundings properly, none of us could believe how fitting this apartment was going to be for our family holiday. Firstly, there was more than adequate room for all of us, not only for sleeping, but also for having private space to relax. When we wanted to be together there was the spacious living room, with dining table, which led on to the patio where we ate most often together. I like to cook and was so pleased to have such a roomy and well appointed kitchen; it really was no great trouble to prepare meals for seven people. On venturing outside onto the patio and beyond, our smiles simply widened. We now realised that thanks to being on the ground floor, we had an incredible outside lawn area, stretching all the way round the property, which our 4 year old grandson, in particular, enjoyed greatly. In addition, privacy was ensured by a mature hedge surrounding the garden. The icing on the cake though was when we looked out over our gate towards the communal swimming pool - what a fantastic sight! The communal gardens are some of the prettiest that we have seen, and the pool was all of 20 metres from our gate! The pool was perfect for us, with a shallow children's area as well as main swimming pool. Another advantage was that in all of our time here, there was never more than 7 or 8 people in the pool at any one time. In terms of location, we were a bit apprehensive as we have been used to an apartment at the south end of the Arenal with almost direct access onto the promenade. However, our concerns were unfounded, even with young children, we could be settled on the beach within 15 minutes of leaving our apartment. In short, we did indeed have the perfect family holiday in Javea - thank you!

En apartamento está muy bien situado. 5 min a la playa andando. Esta muy nuevo y muy cómodo. Y tiene una terraza para comer o cenar que se está divinamente. Su piscina comunitaria es una maravilla.en fin que me quedo con el sitio porque seguro que repetiré. Mi experiencia fue muy muy buena.por cierto la comunicación con el propietario muy buena y rápida

We have just had a wonderful stay in this great property within a 5 minute walk to the Arenal beach, the apartment caters from all needs, all bedrooms are a good size, bathrooms are great too and the kitchen has everything you need The outside area is large, private and would be great for the summer months, pool is great too The owners were very prompt in answering our questions and very easy to deal with

Modern, spacious apartment in an ideal location with an impressive communal piol

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We particularly liked the fact that it was on the ground floor with easy access to the impressive communal pool. There are individually controlled air conditioned units in each room which were very welcome after being out in the heat. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach and numerous bars/restaurants. It feels very safe and secure with gated entry. The owners were very helpful whenever we had a query. We had a fantastic holiday and the apartment provided the ideal base for us to explore the surrounding area.
