Villa Pinta is a recently completed 5 bedroom (all ensuite) property built to the highest specifications. Set on an elevated position in a wonderfully peaceful location, this villa offers everything needed to contribute to a memorable family holiday.


It is only a short drive to a wide selection of restaurants in Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Estombar, Ferragudo Portimão and Silves. Similarly supermarkets, beaches and a water slide park are also within easy reach. In Ferragudo, dolphin watching is a must, and canoeing up the river is also great fun! Visiting the caves from Benagil beach is also an unforgettable experience that shouldn’t be missed. There is also the amazing International Autodrome near Portimão, which offers a go-cart track, a racing school, and an off-road park. Not to mention paint ball and zip lining near to Carvoeiro. So much more to do than just amazing beaches and golf on the doorstep!


It is immediately apparent that a huge amount of time and care has been spent on attention to detail during the construction and planning of this villa, with no expense being spared to create this wonderful family retreat. It really is quite unique.


As you enter the villa, there is a playroom in front equipped with a sofa, smart tv and Playstation 5. Great for kids and adults alike, and offers a perfect escape from the sun or simply to keep the children entertained whilst the adults are enjoying a relaxing evening drink on the terrace before dinner. A guest w/c is conveniently located just in front.


To the right, there is an open plan dining kitchen area, complete with central island and table with matching granite work surfaces. 2 x fridge freezer and a separate wine fridge, This kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, a hob with 3 gas and 1 electric burners, kettle, toaster, juicer, expresso coffee machine, and separate ice maker. Alongside, there is also a separate laundry room.


The kitchen area leads on to the lounge with comfortable seating and a decorative feature fireplace dividing the lounge and kitchen/ dining area.


To the left of the front door, past the staircase, there are three bedrooms, all with hardwood flooring and ensuite shower or bathrooms. Each has ample wardrobe space, with zip and link beds, which can be used as twin singles of a king sized bed. There is a separate office room with an additional large drinks fridge and desk in case one has to deal with some necessary business whilst on holiday.


All televisions throughout the property are smart tv´s. There is a wi-fi internet connection throughout. Naturally, there is also air-conditioning and underfloor heating (when required), and mosquito nets.


The first floor is dedicated for two sumptuous suites. To the left a large bedroom with large ensuite shower room. To the right, is the master suite, with a large dressing room, full bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath, separate shower and twin wash basins Both suites have a large private balcony with chairs and tables, boasting stunning views across the valley as well as overlooking the 2nd green of the Vale de Pinta golf course.


The villa is surrounded by a beautifully manicured landscaped garden, with separate areas where one can relax and read a book, or simply have a siesta. Just off the dining and lounge patio doors there is a delightful large covered patio, with folding doors, so that it can be open in the Summer or closed as a wonderful conservatory in the Winter months, giving a true outdoor feel, even on the rare occasions when the weather isn’t absolutely perfect!


A large alfresco dining table overlooking the pool offers a marvellous dining experience, with a barbecue at the end of the terrace. On the main pool deck area, there are sun loungers and a chill area with comfy lounge seating. This is just ideal to relax and watch the sun down, whilst enjoying a glass of champagne or gin and tonic.


For those who wish to be a little more active, the ping pong table is at your disposal for a quick tournament!


A large swimming pool completes this exquisite property. Optional pool heating is available (at £300 per week), and it has an electric cover to keep in the heat when not in use.
