Come enjoy this 2100 sq. ft. guest house on the lake at beautiful Holly Lake Ranch just north of Tyler in the rolling hills and forests of East Texas. All fully furnished to make your stay relaxing. You can enjoy the lake view from the rocking chairs on the full length back porch. The clubhouse for the 18 hole golf course is only a block away. Fishing is great on the two private lakes as well.

Something for everyone!! Plan a visit to First Monday in Canton or visit Gladewater the Antique Capital of East Texas only 25 miles away. We are located in the heart of the Piney Woods Wine Trail with several wineries only a short drive away. It is only 30 miles to Tyler (45 min to Longview) for shopping, dining, movies, etc. An enormous variety of birds are on the property year round or migrating through. You might even see one of our magnificent bald eagles soaring over the lake or golf course!

If you need some down time, relax in a rocker on the back porch and gaze at our peaceful lake, beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets. Come and visit us and we are sure to see you again next year in our part of beautiful East Texas.

Enjoy our Outdoor Patio, Pergola and Fire Pit on the lake. Plan to enjoy an evening under the stars by the fire toasting marshmallows and telling tales.

GOLFERS – Our pro and his staff are constantly working to make the course better and better. The improvements are noticeable making for a fun and challenging round of golf.

BOATS
FREE! Two man, trolling motor powered, flat bottom boat and a canoe are available for guest usage free with signed liability waiver. Usage subject to availability.
RENTAL! A pontoon boat for cruising the lake! Bring an ice chest, drinks and snacks. Room for 8 - 10 people for a fun day on the water. Great for Crappie fishing! Not the best bass boat, but equipped with a trolling motor, two fishing seats each front and back and adequate in a pinch. Inquire if you are interested and we can send you rates and details.

NOTE: A daily fee applies for launching/operating your private boat, jet ski, etc on the lake. Check with owner before booking if this is important to you.

Take advantage of the lower Sunday to Wednesday rates for extending your stay or to take advantage of a lower cost trip if coming during the week works for your group. (Most stays.)
