Great nonsmoking 2 bedrooms and a loft with 3 bathrooms Winterset Townhouse. Large unit with 1550 sq. ft. and is located in a premier complex. New hardwood floors, carpet and sectional also kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters and professional series stainless steel appliances with convection oven to speed up those Holiday meals. There are three stairs to reach this unit and it has 3 levels once inside. The entry level has two master bedrooms, one bedroom has a king size bed, 32' flat screen TV and DVD, the other bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Both bedrooms have their own private full bath. Second level has the kitchen, dining room, another bathroom and living room area with 55in. wall mounted LCD and new Sterio/entertainment system that you can plug in your Ipod, so bring your music. or you can use what is streaming. 3rd level is the loft which has a large double size bed with over head twin and a separate twin bed. ,This unit is very large by mammoth standards and easily sleeps up to 8 people. Non smoking and sorry no pets.

Holiday weekend ski trip

Great location with easy access to all Mammoth ski areas. Condo was clean, warm and comfortable. Would certainly stay there again on a future trip to the mountains.

Great condo

Condo had a good floor plan - kitchen was nice and very well stocked. Location was great , walk to restaurants and Vons, shuttle line was only a few steps away

Excellent Condo

The condo was in a great location, steps from Old Mammoth Road. Excellent layout, very spacious and each room offers privacy. Very clean, nice loft, Dan was very helpful with information. Very clean and comfortable bathrooms. Grounds were always cleaned of excess snow, and parking was plentiful. Given that it was extremely cold the days of our visit, the condo was very warm and comfortable. Would stay here again and again.

Mammoth in the summer

Wonderful condo!! Very clean. 3 full bathrooms was so nice with our family of 6. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Great location to grocery stores, eating places, trails, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place, Convenient Location

Cozy, comfy condo with plenty of room. Nice to have 3 full baths. Kids loved the loft. Easy parking and very close to Vons, Eagle and Canyon lodge. Condo was clean and well maintained. We got a ton of snow and all walkways, and parking area were kept consistently plowed. Would for sure stay there again.

Excellent accommodations centrally located

This was our first time traveling to Mammoth and the owner of the condo made it a pleasant experience getting our accommodations squared away. Dan was very easy to work with and provided all the information we needed to get checked in and comfortable on the first day. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed to prepare a large Christmas dinner. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The fireplace provided warmth as well as the winter ambiance we were looking for. A storm dumped several inches on Christmas Eve and the condo maintenance folks had the parking lot and sidewalks cleared before 8am. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you Dan.

The rental was perfect for our vacation. There were 2 families with 2 kids each. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft for the kiddos. The kids loved that they had their own space. The house was big for 2 families. We would like this to be our annual spot from now on. Dan, the owner was a pleasure to work with. I left something behind and he was willing to have it shipped to me. It was very much appreciated!

Great place

Great place to stay in Mammoth. Dan is very easy to work with and responds quickly. The at the rooms in the Condo were clean with comfortable beds and a TV in each room. Located right off Old Mammoth Road and Meridian is a great location to be at - close to many restaurants and Vons supermarket. We have stayed at many condos in Mammoth and we will definitely be back to stay at his place!

Very well appointed residence in the best part of town.

Absolutely will be staying here again, Dan was very good to work with and the property was maintained to very high standards. The only downside was that the Scrabble game was missing the letter "J" but honestly who cares.

Best Place We've Rented in Mammoth!

We just got back from our stay at Dan's amazing condo - it was the best place we have stayed at so far for sure. It is very spacious and perfect for a family. The furniture and beds were very nice and super comfy. The best part for us was how well his heating system works!!! We have rented other places that were freezing and never really warmed up - but Dan's condo was amazingly warm! Dan was very helpful and very quick with his correspondence.

The perfect accommodation in Mammoth ! Much bigger and inviting than pictures demonstrate

I planned a trip to Mammoth with friends and came across this beauty. It is hands down the most amazing accommodation we could have stayed at ! It's much more spacious than the pictures give and in a perfect location. Very close to Vons and the purple line or red line which will take you all around Mammoth. The property was also very clean and quiet. Dan the host is also very very accommodating in case you have questions or need assistance with early check-in / late check-out. Only have positive words for this property and hope you get to enjoy it just as much as we did.

Great home away from home

Dan, the owner, was very prompt in replying to my questions and very thorough. All the reviews were not exaggerating, this is a great condo! The location is ideal, very close to everything. The condo itself was very well maintained and very spacious. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms spacious. We never had a problem with hot water running out and were pleasantly surprised with how quickly the water warmed up. There was a generous amount of wood for the fireplace, we all loved our stay. The pictures do not do the condo justice, It's much roomier and cozier than pictured. We hope we get a chance to stay here again.

Feels Like a Second Home

We stayed at this condo for spring break with our kids and some of their friends. Dan is easy to work with and helpful. The entire unit is very comfortable and in great condition. There is ample room in the living room, dining area & adjoined kitchen to have fun times with all of us together; a fast WI-FI connection is provided & there's a big flat screen TV with cable. The kitchen is upgraded and has everything you'll need. There is also plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. Location is a short walking distance to a Von's and restaurants; Shuttle stops outside complex for a short ride to the ski slopes/ mountain. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Mammoth.

Great Mammoth vacation place !

We enjoyed our stay at this clean spacious condo. Everything is upgraded & beautiful. A large flat screen TV in the living room & two more tvs in bedrooms. We cooked our turkey using the convection oven. All the necessary amenities were there. The shuttle around town & to ski area is curbside. Shopping is walking distance, so is show & restarants. Internet connection. Highly recommend this lovely place. Great customer service from owner.

Good place to stay.

Nice place with lots of room. Up stair loft lacks a bit of light but after the lights warm up they're bright enough. I would recommend this place to friends and will probably stay here again. The owner is easy to work with.

Glad that your group had a good time, sorry about loft lighting. Some bulbs must have burnt out and were replaced with all IC’s which do have to warm up to get bright. I’ll mix back in some incandescent lighting, which should even out the lighting levels, Thanks again
