Don and Nancy Greenstein: We are an educated and retired (33 years married) couple that live year round in the main residence on the property. Don is a native Houstonian whose family summer vacationed in the Galveston Bay area since the 1950s, Nancy is a retired business-owner from Ft. Wayne, IN. We have lived in the Galveston Bay area together for many years. The area is private, romantic and relaxed; the climate is semi-tropical with warm bay breezes year round. We enjoy boating, dining, golfing and family activities on the property and on Galveston Bay.

Don is a Houston native and has vacationed in the Bacliff/Bayview/Kemah, TX area all his life. I love the area's climate, water entertainment access and relaxed style of living. The seafood dining in the area is unmatched in the state of Texas. The productivity of offshore fishing in the Gulf of Mexico off the Galveston coast is unmatched in the U.S. The South Texas coast is the premier site saltwater entertainment mecca of the Houston area and South eastern Texas. This property has the best view (270 degree) of the Galveston Bay and the Houston Ship Channel that runs though it. Annually, on Fridays in the months of June and July there are waterfront hour-long fireworks displays that are visible from our waterfront decks. The wildlife (sea gulls, pelicans, porpoises) behavior displays from our decks are phenomenal.

There are only a few waterfront locations to stay on Galveston bay: ours is one of the most popular in the area. It is competitively priced and combines privacy, seclusion and cozy accommodation for a weekend get-away for busy working couples, honey-moon and anniversary couples either for short or extended stays. The panoramic views of Galveston Bay are exclusive to this property.
