Home is equipped with central air and heat for indoor comfort. There are tables, umbrellas and chairs for outdoor dining. The backyard is fenced for maximum privacy during your stay.

There is one king size and two queen size beds. There are 2 large flat screen TVs as well. Home has linen, towels, dishes, flatware, coffee maker (Kuerig), blender, toaster and basic cookware.
