"Our apartment was designed by the interior designers of the Oriental Bangkok, Chantaka and Sylvia of Pure Design. All hard wood furniture, curtains and silks and built in wardrobes were hand made by their artisans. The unit is traditional Thai with a combination of traditional Thai and Modern Tropical art by Asian and Phuket artists. The unit overlooks Kata Noi and is a short walk, less than 50m, from the beach. The unit will be cleaned during your stay. We hope that you enjoy your stay here as much as we do over the many years that we have been coming here.

• Local Thai restaurant free delivery service of freshly made Thai food to the unit. Somsak is a family friend, his restaurant is called Ta and details can be provided at time of your booking.
• Mom Tri's restaurant 100m, probably the best restaurant on the island.
• Kata Noi beach, below the unit, best top 20 beaches in the world . Snorkelling is great and you can go paragliding on the beach to.
Provided for the unit and included in the price
• Towels, sheets and shower gel, shampoo gel and soap for your arrival.
• Electricity is included in the daily rate.
Extras
• We have negotiated a special rate car pick up, at your expense should you wish to use them, by our transport provider that we have used for over 10 years. You can also arrange tours and taxi arrangements with them throughout your stay. Our experience has been nothing other than positive with them.
• The apartment is very children friendly with some games that have been left there and children bed linen, as well as VCDs and CDs. If you use the lift, children have to be supervised. We have put in railings for the protection of young children in the living room area as well. Do remember though this apartment is high up and has a large balcony so if you have young children do keep them under supervision when they are on the balcony. The doors between living room and balcony can be locked for the safety of very young children.

Fantastic beach getaway

This is a fantastic apartment for a beach holiday. Great location: very short walk to the beach, amazing views, short walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Our family loved it and did not want to leave!! Communication with Doug was easy with quick replies and many helpful suggestions.

Absolutely perfect!

We wanted a place that was out of the fast pace of Patong. Dougs place was perfect! The place is even nicer and better views than the pictures show. Doug was incredible to work with and gave us lots of good info and recommendations. Definitely will stay here again when we return.

Kata Noi Paradise

This is my second stay at this unit and I can highly recommend it.The Kata Noi location of this home is perfect and we really enjoyed the amazing views. The decor and furniture are wonderful and very comfortable. We found the location at Kata Noi close enough to walk to to Kata for more lively entertainment but enjoyed the peace and serenity of Kata Noi. The staff is wonderful and attentive. We can't wait to return. Thanks Doug!

Gorgeous View!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! My family and I rented the apartment for a week and loved the huge terrace and beautiful view. There is easy access to Kata Noi beach and if you have a car the beaches of Nai Harn and Kata beach are close by with good parking. We thought the location was perfect for exploring. There is a nice simple massage place 50 m from the apartment and we found tons of excellent restaurants a short drive away. We would highly recommend the property for anyone who wants to be close to the action of kata but have a base which is peaceful.

Amazing view

We loved our stay at Doug's house. The apartment was very clean, the beds very comfortable and I lived the art that they decorated with - it gave a real feel of being in Thailand. I can't say enough about the views over the water. We spent a lot of time on the deck hanging out. We all enjoyed the pool as well. It is only a short walk to Kata beach where we spent most of our time and ate often. The staff were very helpful if we needed anything and helped us hire a taxi upon leaving. Great place, I would love to stay here again some time!

Thank you for a great stay

We booked Doug's apartment at the beginning of our Thailand trip and it was a great start. The apartment is as stated in the pictures. The terrace is a great place to be especially in the hot midday hours and the communal pool offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Doug sent us great tips, the apartment was cleaned during our stay and check-in, check-out and all communication worked great. The only thing we felt was that the beds and pillows were too hard, but there is no deduction for that because it can be subjective feeling. The apartment is within walking distance to the sea and also stores, restaurants and great massage stores are within walking distance.

Lovely Apartment in Kata Noi

Stayed for two weeks in this two bed apartment . Beautiful view from the verandah down to Kata Noi beach with stunning sunsets . Bedrooms were comfortable and both had ensuite showers . Air conditioning in all rooms was good. Kitchen had everything we required as we ate out each night . There is no oven in the apartment just a hob and microwave . Access to apartment is by either a lift or a furnicular . The furnicular takes you nearer to the apartment and there is then one flight of stairs down . If you take the lift there are more stairs to climb as it only goes part way up . Doug the owner was excellent with responses to my questions and gave good recommendations on restaurants nearby. Sue the apartment and complex manager was very efficient and dealt with the few issues we had promptly. The maid Mai was lovely, She did our washing if she was there and came every few days to change towels , beds and empty rubbish . We used Bolt for taxis everywhere as they are not expensive. Kata Noi beach has sunbeds which cost 200baht for 2beds and umbrella . Ordered our groceries on line and delivered quickly usually within a few hours of ordering . There is a communal pool which also has a great sea view , it’s quite small with a few sunbeds and shade . We really enjoyed our stay . The area is very peaceful compared to Kata , karon and Patong . We would definitely like to return in the future .

Amazing view, beautiful apartment and location!

We had the best experience with this property and owner Doug. Doug was gracious from the moment of our booking throughout our stay and very helpful with details about the apartment and local area. He provided several recommendations for food, local attractions and tips about getting around the area. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. In addition, the on site staff was so nice and helpful to get us set up and feeling at home during our stay. The apartment is so lovely and there are not enough words to describe the amazing balcony and view. You're up several stories, above any street level noise and all you can hear is the ocean. It's breezy and gorgeous and private all at the same time. There is so much to do but you won't want to leave this balcony! The apartment is well cared for and shows pride in ownership. We stayed for 6 days with our family of four, kids aged 9 and 11. They loved having their own bedroom and bathroom, it was plenty of space for any length of stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all dishes, cooking items, coffee prep etc. Everything was perfect. The pool is very nice and well maintained, shared with a few other residents but we only saw a few people during our stay. I do a lot of research for our family trips, and although I felt great about this reservation heading into the trip, it far exceeded my expectations. This was a perfect find for our visit to Phuket and Kata Noi was our absolute favorite beach. We did several beach trips around the island and kept returning to "our beach" especially for sunsets. The apartment is very close to Kata Noi beach access, which is laid back and beautiful with great swimming. Just over the hill you can get to Kata Beach which is a bit busier and also beautiful, with several restaurant and shopping options. Thank you Doug for such a wonderful stay in your home. We hope to return someday!

Wonderful!!

This place is amazing! It is beautifully maintained and in a really nice location. We were very comfortable there during our stay. I really want to commend the owner for going over and beyond for us. We were there during the coronavirus outbreak, and he was so accommodating as far as helping us check with our airlines to see if our flight was canceled or not. Every step of the way, Doug made us feel welcome and safe. I cannot recommend this place or this owner more!

Loved our stay

This apartment is the perfect place to base your trip to Phuket out of. It is a short walk to many excellent restaurants and the spectacular Kata Noi beach. The apartment has incredible views and is situated high enough off the road to be very quiet. The pool is a great place to cool off after a day at the beach. It was immaculately clean and well outfitted with anything you might need. Communications with the owner were answered very quickly. Morning coffee on the patio was an inspiring way to wake up. Overall, our experience here was top notch. I would go back without hesitation.

Amazing ocean view apartment across the street from beautiful Kata Noi beach!!!

My wife and I and our two children truly loved staying in this place. The breathtaking views from the balcony and from kitchen and dining areas are as they appear in the photos. The apartment is very quiet and comes fully equipped and rent includes cleaning services 3 days per week. The complex includes a beautiful infinity pool with a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding area. Everyone we met at the complex and in town were extremely friendly. The owner, Doug, is very responsive and provided us with many travel suggestions to make our entire trip as enjoyable as possible. Kata Noi is a beautiful beach town that is less crowded than Kata. The apartment is located across the street from Kata Noi beach -- just a 2-3 minute walk. It's also within walking distance of several local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We frequently walked to Kata Noi beach and the surrounding town and to nearby Kata. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and highly recommend this apartment!!!

As advertised - Nice property well presented

This is a well appointed property located in the sleepy beach resort of Kata Noi. Great daytime breezes together with a fabulous view from the spacious balcony. This property is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and Kata Noi beach. I would definitely return to this property. The owners managed everything in advance of our arrival. Super clean throughout.

Very comfortable, well maintained apartment in great position for Kata beach.

I can not fault this property nor the service from the owner nor the housekeeper. We had a wonderful week surfing every day at Kata beach, eating locally, playing in the swimming pool, running on the beach in the early mornings. We had a great day trip with the driver recommended by the owner. All in All definitely recommended as a top notch apartment.

Wonderful apartment with amazing views.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. The local team went out of their way to tend to all our needs. The pool, having dinner on the beautiful balcony, short walks to the beach and many restaurants made this a memorable stay.

Stunning is the right word to describe this home!

This Kata Noi based home is beautiful. The decor is fabulous, comfortable furniture and so many interesting art pieces to enjoy. The pictures do not do it justice! The terrace is huge and the view stunning over the bay. We found the location at Kata Noi to be the best beach in the area, quieter than Kata but still close enough to walk to find a more lively setting at Kata. The staff looked after us with TLC. We take away great memories of our stay. Thank you.

Great family vacation

Waking up to beautiful views of the sea was a great way to start each day. The apartment was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything came through as promised. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

Fabulous apartment of 5 star recommendation

We had a wonderful holiday in Phuket. The fabulous apartment we rented certainly contributed to our overall perfect holiday experience. I would not say the apartment is luxurious, but it is of genuine and graceful taste to those who enjoy scenery, coziness and family time. The apartment building is built on a high terrain looking over the Kata Noi bay. The real scenery views are even better than that in the photos. Our whole family love the balcony, which is very cool, spacious, and of great view and spent a lot of playing time there. The home owner and his management team are very friendly and helpful to ensure we have a good stay.

Sea View Residence

Our stay at Sea View residence was fantastic. The apartment was extremely comfortable, fully equipped and kept cool with air-conditioning in every room and ceiling fans. The large balcony serves as an extra living room outside with comfortable furniture and dining table and chairs. The view from the balcony is exceptional over Kata Noi Beach where you can capture amazing sunsets. Just below the apartment is a stunning infinity pool set in a natural envoironment with small water fall as a feature. The location of the apartment is great with easy access to other places on the island. Some great restaurants in Kata Noi from local to upmarket, something for everyone. We had a fabulous stay here and would definitely return to this apartment.

wonderfool stay in this place,refined decoration,fantastic view of the kata noi bay,very quiet,shaded pool,built on a hill with access to the apartment by a private funicular,quality service worthy of a prestigious hotel,warm welcome by concierge,you will be awakened by the sound of tropical birds, the owner can provide a transfer from the airport to kata noi I can't find anything negative,it's difficult for french man to be 100% satisfied but it's reality..... we are grouch

Simply the best views we have seen in tropical Asia and we have been living and travelling there for some 30 years now.

On the beach but high up over the beach so spectacular views, uninterrupted. The huge balcony with a massive day bed, double the size of a king size bed, and loungers mean you can enjoy the sensation of being on the water, except that you are in luxurious comfort of the balcony. Sunset cocktails up here are a highlight of the day as is dining here watching the lights of the fishing boats out in the Bay.
The unit is near all the action if need be but blissfully quiet at the home itself.
We will send you our best recommendations through staying there for many years for restaurants and activities for either couples, groups of friends or families.
