This spacious and freshly decorated beachfront home is perfect for families and friends wanting to be ON the ocean. This family friendly four story, five bedroom single family home has breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. The floor plan allows for families and friends to comfortably share this house together. The main two story house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a chefs kitchen, and a great room with a tremendous oceanfront deck. Then there is a fifth bedroom in the lower level outside casita. You share none of the property with others.
.If you want to rest and relax, you can sit on the balcony from the main great room and enjoy looking at the ocean, and listening to the sounds of the waves. The master bedroom suite features unforgettable panoramic ocean views all around.

Details:

The Main level includes a great room kitchen, living room with a balcony, dining area and most importantly -beautiful and amazing ocean views from all windows.

The main level has three bedrooms each with a Queen bed. There are two bathrooms on this level including a Jack n Jill bathroom connecting between two of the bedrooms on this level.

Go upstairs to the master suite. Master room includes 1 King Size bed and 1 Queen bed The fifth bedroom, a casita, is outside and down a flight of stairs.

Laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the main level.

The house is located in beautiful Oceanside, which is a convenient location--close to Carlsbad, San Diego and also Los Angeles.

Had a great time!! I love the house layout and the views were perfect. This property has better views than all the other houses we have rented on this beach. There was sand on the beach too! All of us were quite comfortable and had great time cooking dinners and eating on the amazing deck. House needs some TLC as most do on the water. The homeless outside were fine and mostly active in the am also typical of a house with beach access through way. Now with little kids we may try and avoid some of that stuff. Overall it was excellent and we feel it was great vacation experience! Thank you so much!

Birthday Party with Lady Friends for 50 Years!

Absolutely incredible view! Very comfortable furniture and bedding! Group of eight that cancelled restaurant reservation to enjoy our home with a great round table! Highly recommend!

Best ocean view ever!

My family of 12 immensely enjoyed our stay! The deck had a seat for all of us and we spent most of our time there with convenient trips to the kitchen for food and drink refills as it is all right there! Great layout for sleeping, the only bummer is the floodlight outside the casita stays on all night so it lights up that room like crazy, but maybe there is a way to turn it off, we couldnā€™t find it. The water pressure in the house is so weak but all you have to do is look at the view and anything that may be a negative is sure to disappear! Plenty of towels and the kitchen is stocked so well with anything you need for preparing meals. Bring extra paper towels and TP, but overall the house is superb!!

Incredible View

Loved the walkable neighborhood and sitting on the deck with the amazing view. House was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the public space next to the house attracted visitors/campers at all hours who were sometimes very loud, including screaming in the middle of the night.Not enough beach to play much.Water pressure was weak, making it tough to wash your hair.

Great Location, clean place

Great location on beach with great views. Good instructions from owner and help. Refrigerator had issues cooling down. It took until next morning to get cool. Toilet seats all need tightened. Shower water pressure was very low and hard to adjust temperature. Overall good experience though.

Stunning location, beautiful views.. right next to public access point but it's not much of a big deal. Property definitely could use a good deep cleaning and better wifi, but still amazing time.

Beautiful Location and House Layout

This is just a stunning house. Beautiful views and decks from which to enjoy them. It is, however, a property that (understandably!) appears to attract back-to-back rentals, and is beginning to show evidence of its high use.

Lovely beachside house

This house has amazing ocean views and a good location in Oceanside. Onstreet parking was easy. The house was generally well-appointed and comfortable. We had a very good time at the houses but do have a few issues. The emailed instructions told us how to unlock the door but not how to lock it. We had to call. The emailed instructions had the wrong information about the internet. We had to call. The "casita" has a lovely patio but the room itself was cold and there were no instructions about using the wall heater. It rained during our visit. The smooth tile walkways to the house and the steps to the casita became very slippery and hazardous.

No glaring issues. Typical rental in the sense many things are overdue for an update in terms of quality and furnishings. Location in terms of view of the ocean is amazing, and the patios are the best part of the house. Unfortunately itā€™s right by a public beach access point and there were people sleeping within a few feet of the property at most times, including overnight. Wish walking on the beach from the house to town was possible, but the tide almost always prevents that. The downtown part of Oceanside was nice, but not really within walking distance. The part of Oceanside where the house sits is a little gritty. Had a nice time, but probably would try to find something a bit nicer in terms of location and quality next time.

Amazing!!

We had an amazing weekend with family here at the property. Itā€™s so beautiful and the location is awesome. It is a very special view and we walked down the street to Revolution Roasters for fantastic coffee and avocado, toast! Lots of time just enjoying the deck and watching the waves, surfers, and dolphin swim by. Thanks so much for the opportunity to have a great experience.

This was a great property, very clean. Good communication. Easy check in process. Listing as described. Great location! Plenty of places to walk to for coffee or a meal! Off suite downstairs a little musty but a little expected with being right on the ocean. It was still clean.

Family reunion

Wonderful views from windows and balconies. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. No beach but next door was access to a rocky area and the water. Downstairs bedroom in casita was adequate but the bed was tight against the wall. Would stay again.

Very nice beachfront property!

Although the property is very nice, we did have to make some concessions on sleeping arrangements due to the fact that one of the rooms was converted to a game room (without our knowledge)...taking away a bed that we needed. Before booking I had even contacted them to verify the number of beds to accommodate our family. The night before arriving, I contacted them to just verify again the number of beds and found this out. They were able to make room for us to bring a queen air mattress, so it worked out but not really what we had paid for. The weather was very warm when we were there and the house has no air conditioning, so we slept with doors and windows open. Right next to the house is the public stairs to the beach and lifeguard tower. 2 of our nights we had groups of young adults partying there till early morning hours which made sleeping hard for those who had open doors/windows facing that way. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you are cooking and preparing meals. They have a charcoal weber grill and firepit down at the bottom sand level of the property and plently of adirondack chairs for all. Overall, it is a wonderful home if you only need 5 bedrooms.

Oceanside known for its' beaches and unique village community, is a wonderful place to stay while visiting sunny San Diego.During your stay you can take a stroll down the pier, cast your fishing reel, enjoy many of our local infamous breweries and restaurants, surfing or simply take a break and relax.
Take a walk or rent a bike to the Oceanside Harbor where you can go deep sea fishing , whale watching (October through March the Grey Whales migrate from Baja. Or simply dine at one the many restaurants while enjoying the sunset.

Centrally located to just about everything you will need, you can visit some of California's prime tourist destinations like; Legoland, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Disneyland, and more .
And of course, you won't want to miss out every Thursday morning our local Farmer's Market, and our Thursday evening Market Nights. definitely something to see and experience during your stay.
