Be our guest in our luxurious home that has all you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The 2,000 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms each with showers, and a private freshwater Pool(Complimentary heated with solar panels, with Optional gas heating at an additional charge ($90/day - 87*F pool temp.).

Important Rules and Requirements:
-GATHERINGS/PARTIES are NOT allowed (Max occupancy at any time: 9 people including children).
- Pets are NOT allowed at anytime inside or outside of the house.
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside of the property
- Reservation must be made by someone over 25 year old.
- No outdoor activities between the hours of 10pm - 9am.
*Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a 42-inch HDTV. A bathroom with shower is located in a short hallway immediately outside of this first bedroom.

The second bedroom is large with 2 full over full bunk beds that can sleep 8 with a large private bathroom! This room has entertainment for all ages, a large 60" HDTV with a Wii U with 4 controllers and charging dock, wooden train set with table, a kids kitchen for play, a kids table with chairs for playing games, and books for young readers.

The third bedroom is a luxurious room with a private bathroom and large 55 inch HDTV. The bedroom has a perfect view of the nightly Disneyland fireworks!

The living room has a sofa with a large 65-inch 4k Smart TV with a DVD/Bluray movie collection. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. Ceramic and Paper Plates, Silverware and plastic utensils, cookware, coffee pot, bake-ware and more are all available for you to use. There is too much to list! The backyard includes a natural gas BBQ area that over looks the pool to supervise kids at play and a patio dinning area. The pool is Solar heated for your comfort at no additional cost.

-There is cable TV in all bedrooms, living room and Billiard room.
-Free High speed WIFI is available throughout the house and in the back yard.
-Free use of computer station and Printer/Scanner.
-We also provide 2 single strollers, a pack n play and plenty of toys and games for everyone.

Prior to your arrival, a pass code will be provided for opening the front door. A welcome packet will be provided in the home. This packet will include information on the home and the local area, lists and maps of local restaurants and grocery stores, maps to Disneyland from the house and more.

We take pride in the cleanliness of our vacation home. Therefore, the house is professionally cleaned after each guest stay and restocked with freshly cleaned linens and toiletries. Hypoallergenic mattress protectors are on every bed and everything is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We provide Individually packed Toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste, shower caps, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, clothing irons, liquid hand soap. Supplies will be stocked based on the number of days rented, we do not re-stock these supplies so please use thoughtfully. (Absolutely no pets allowed)

Parking:
Pursuant to Section 4.05.100.0112 of the Short-Term Rental Ordinance of the City of Anaheim, a maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed at the property. Two vehicles of occupants of the short-term rental unit can be parked on the Driveway, with a third vehicle allowed to be parked street side with a parking permit, available at the rental.
Pursuant to Section 4.05.100.0107 of the Short-Term Rental Ordinance of the City of Anaheim, no recreational vehicles or other vehicle used or designed for use as lodging or sleeping accommodations, bus, boat, trailer, camper may be parked at or on the property or on the street.

Total occupancy of 9 allowed.
3 night minimum stay required.
Security Cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and side entrances to property. There are NO cameras inside.

* City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
* Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
