If the weather doesn't cooperate, we've got Netflix with unlimited internet too. The condo is amazing, and so is the pool and spa. We like to think of Carrabelle as a center HUB for really cool day trips. Within 20-40 miles you have St George Island, Apalachicola, Wakulla Springs, Cape San Blas, Port St Joe, just to name a few.
One of the greatest things about boating in the area, is the barrier islands protect you from the waves, no more getting beat up with spray over the bow. Stress free boating we like to call it. 5 mins and you are at a deserted beach of Dog Island with the sand and fish all to yourself. A brand new boat / kayak / Paddleboard rental company just opened up right down the street for very affordable rates. Our condo is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 story unit in "Pirate's Landing", a recent development on the secluded area of Timber Island. Don't let the 1 bedroom fool you, it will sleep 6 very comfortably, with a queen size bed in the master and two premium sleeper sofas with upgraded memory foam mattresses. Professionally decorated with a fun beach vibe, and luxury furnishings, you will feel pampered the minute you open the door. Sumptuous bedding awaits you after a day of fun in the sun.

A wonderful location with the CLOSEST ACCESS point to the inlet of the Carrabelle river, only MINUTES FROM THE GULF. Carrabelle offers some very unusual benefits that have strong appeal to fishermen, families, and snowbirds alike. Just over a mile gets you to beautiful Carrabelle Beach with lush sand, clear water, and "NO WAVES", perfect for the youngsters playing in the shallows, with plenty of sea life to find. The uncrowded beach is equally well suited for just relaxing with a book. A 3 mile boat ride (or water taxi) will take you across the bay to a RESTRICTED ACCESS BEACH WONDERLAND called "Dog Island" that can only be reached by boat or plane. Pristine beaches with great shelling await its visitors. Launch a kayak right from the property and get lost in a natural maze of tidal creeks surrounding Timber Island. Want another adventure? Take a sunset boat cruise up the river to see some beautiful homes and eventually some gorgeous marshlands. Make sure to bring a camera or your favorite bottle of wine for an unforgettable journey into "old Florida and the Forgotten Coast".

PRIME FISHING AREAS ARE MINUTES AWAY. Unlike other parts of the Big Bend region, QUALITY OFFSHORE FISHING and diving are found WITHIN 10 miles making for easy boat rides and small fuel bills.
