Family owned, meticulously maintained, three bedroom, single family cottage located at 66 Island Path, directly adjacent to NH-Rt. 101 and US Rt. 95.
Recently remodeled Bedrooms, Kitchen and Living Room.

A short walk to the beach and boardwalk/entertainment area while avoiding the noise and congestion of the busy beachfront thoroughfare.
Located on state protected wetlands, with views of Hampton Harbor and gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy regular sightings of Great Blue Herons and Egrets.

We had a great time and Tom met us with the key. Tom lives right next door from the property so he is easy to get in touch with of needed.

Great place

The owner was there already when I arrived a few minutes early. He gave me a great little tour. The property was beautiful. Nice walk to the beach. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the porch which was amazing!

It was a pleasure renting to Susan and her family. They kept the property in good condition and followed all house rules. I would welcome them as renters again in the future.

Great Vacation

Property was well-cared for, and sized right for the two of us while providing space for additional family/friends to visit and spend the day. Location was close enough to walk to nightlife activity while distant enough to leave it behind when finished. Host was friendly and engaging, and everything went smoothly. We look forward to renting again!

Great cottage with beautiful sunsets

This a cute little cottage located at the edge of the salt marsh with beautiful sunset views every night. The house is clean and comfortable and well equipped. The beach and boardwalk and concerts are a five minute walk away, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a lovely screen porch to relax on at the end of the day and we even saw the fireworks from there. The owner, Tom, was very accommodating and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone!

Relaxing weekend away

Our family had a great time at Hampton Beach. The owner greeted us right away and even had fresh flowers in a vase for us. He gave us a tour and his information in case we had any issues. The cottage was perfectly clean and non-cluttered. It’s in a quiet location that’s great for families that want a quick walk to the beach but without the wild night life. Pretty sunsets and the porch was great for having coffee and breakfast. Fully stocked kitchen if you’re like me and like to cook family dinners at night. Highly recommended.

Lisa and her family were very good tenants. They observed all house rules and left the cottage neat and clean. I would welcome them back as renters in the future.

Beautiful week at the Beach!

Tom was an excellent host. He was there promptly at check-in time and offered a quick tour of the cottage. The cottage has everything you need. There is a beautiful view of the marshes. There were no bugs at this location the week we were there. Temps dropped down to 50 that week at night which likely explains why there were no bugs. Neighbors are quiet, and you are a very short walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Beautiful views of the marsh-sunset- from screened porch.

Sweet cottage, clean, everything you need is there. Quiet area. Great breezes all four sides. Walk to Hampton Beach. Plenty of parking on site. Highly recommend.

Cozy Cottage

If you’re looking for a place that is perfectly located, you found it here. It’s just far enough away from the action of the boardwalk but you can easily walk there in 5 minutes if you do want in on the action. We biked (1.5 miles) to the gorgeous State Park beach and also did some fishing off the jetty there. While it’s a bit on the smaller side, it certainly doesn’t feel that way. The screened in porch is great, and the bedrooms are fine. We had a max of 6 people and all slept comfortably. The owner, Tom, is gracious and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend this for a family looking for a nice spot.

Nice Cottage in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage, it was the perfect size for my family and the screened in porch was a definite highlight for me! I saw some lovely sunsets, as well as a few bird sightings. The cottage is in a quieter Hampton location by the marsh yet close enough to walk to the beach and activities. We really enjoyed our time here this summer and hope to visit again!

Great week on Island Path

We loved the cottage, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. This is definitely a well cared for cottage. It had everything that we needed right down to a deck of cards. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to the beach, but just far enough away from the noise and the traffic. Dinner and sunsets on the enclosed porch was a perfect way to end the day. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great rental for family vacation!

A wonderfull vacation rental

My wife and I and our seven year old grand daughter had a fantastic time here. The cottage was clean with great day time views, plenty of parking short walk to the beach and quiet at night. This was just a great time and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Childhood Memories at this Cottage!

My family rented this cottage for at least 20 years! Wonderful owners and well kept cottage! Highly reccomended. Large screened porch a plus! Off the main road so nice and quiet at night. Do bring a fan for hot nights! You won't be diappointed with your stay. Michele DiGiulio

Great family cottage!

This cozy cottage was perfect for the 7 of us. The owner takes awesome care of his property and you can tell! We will definitely be contacting him again to rent in the future! We Loved It!

Because of the wonderful memories, I eventually purchased the property so my own children could have the same experience. Hampton Beach continues to be an affordable and favorite destination for my family and friends each summer.

Having spent many enjoyable summers @ Hampton Beach, I took advantage of the opportunity to purchase the property when it became available. Hampton Beach is a beautiful beachfront community with one of the cleanest beaches on the East Coast.
You can do a little or a lot, depending on what type of vacation you want.

The cottage is located just a casual walk from the main 'boardwalk' area yet peaceful and quiet during evening hours. Cottage has a comfortable screened front porch and is located just adjacent to RT. 101 & US Rt. 95 to take trips to scenic Newburyport, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Kittery and Portland, ME and other nearby locations.
